From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The room was immaculate, and every amenity imaginable. The dining experience was exquisite, offering a culinary journey that delighted our taste buds. We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. A truly five-star experience. Huge thank you to Mohit, Gangaram and the entire staff.

I stayed for 5 nights with my parents. The care taken by staff and attention was world class. The staff is super friendly. Indian Food was better than most Indian 5 stars like Taj, St.Regis, ITC. Staff went out of way to cook food outside menu. They also have a nice little cute bar. As it is one of its kind palace, it has lot of walking area, greenery etc. and the rooms are 2 storey tall. Super spacious. Totally worth the time. Felt like a vacation despite it being a hectic trip for medical purpose

The service at this place was exceptional, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The room was super clean! Make sure you get Room 14 has a great outdoor space too. Lovely food and ambience!

I stayed at Bardari Palace in March 2024 on a personal visit. The property is a palace of the erstwhile princely state of Patiala. The property is located in the center of the city and is walking distace to Kali Temple (one of the famous landmark). Other places to explore too are well within comfortable distance from this property. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and have a homely (in a good way) feel to them. Staff is nice and courteous, prompt and well groomed. Rohit at the Front desk and Junaid at the restaurant were kind enough to accomodate our multiple requests happily and I am thankful to them for their assistance. It's the best place to stay in the city.

As said, it's a Non-Hotel Hotel. It's true, you feel just like home, but this home is a Palace. Not like other hotels with lots of happening going around. Great view, fully aesthetic. Calm & quiet. Right from the entrance, you get a ROYAL feeling. Rooms are great 👍🏻.

The staff were beyond helpful - anticipating our needs. Rohit in reception is a star - helping us even after we left. The building is fabulous and the town an undiscovered by tourism gem. Thank you for making ourfirst days so memorable- the god was also very good.

A heritage hotel and a little oasis of calm and serenity in hectic Patiala. Our room was beautiful and well appointed and the food delicious but it is the people who really make the Baradari Palace special. From the moment we arrived to leaving, everyone was courteous, helpful and attentive whether it was bringing an extra radiator to the room, to making not one but two birthday cakes for our joint birthday celebrations or helping us book onward transport - they really went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough and thoroughly recommend a stay here.
