The hotel is right at the top of the Stelvio Passo and offers an excellent base to explore in both summer and winter seasons. I was there in September and the region was very busy with hikers, cyclists, drivers etc and the hotel was an excellent base. The reception staff were very helpful and the beds basic but comfortable

Enjoyed the room, staff. Dinner pasta really good. Breakfast was basic, but good.
Amazing scenery out our door.
Poor and gym are excellent relative to other places.
Note: Few guests there during our stay.

Old but clean, terrible dinner. The waitresses did only spike Italien. I think we even payd dobbel for dinner. They changed waitresses during dinner because of the language problem. I will never choose to stat there again. I will choose a hotel in the wally and go to the topp of the pass on a daytripp.

Every inch the classic '80s ski hotel. Warm, comfy and well equipped. Great tasting food (of course, this is Italy).
Staff speak Italian , German and English.

Se fosse possibile dare zero stelle lo farei. Non riesco a capacitarmi di come possa avere tante recensioni positive. Forse, visto che l'albergo è molto grande, ci sono delle sezioni rinnovate, ma la nostra stanza e quelle dei nostri amici (eravamo un gruppo numeroso) erano come la nostra. Camera essenziale con "arredamenti" anni '60, non pulita, con fazzoletti usati sotto al letto (come da foto), materasso più piccolo della rete, bagno minuscolo con sanitari vintage macchiati e scoloriti, doccia con tenda vecchissima ammuffita in cui in tre giorni di soggiorno nessuno di noi ha avuto coraggio di entrare, rassegnandoci a lavarci a pezzi nel lavandino (shampoo compreso), anche perché, come si vede dalle foto, anche il bidet era nella doccia, con annessi residui di ospiti precedenti e incrostazioni di natura non verificabile. Disgustoso. Attrezzi e pezzi di ricambio giacevano abbandonati su un pianerottolo chissà da quanto tempo. Il ristorante assomigliava più a una mensa scolastica, solo la colazione con un fornito buffet era all'altezza delle 3 stelle di cui incredibilmente questo posto continua a fregiarsi. State alla larga.

Albergo con camere da rivedere soprattutto nei bagni piccoli e datati. Parti comuni vecchieggianti ma accettabili. Punto di forza i maestri per lo scii bravi e professionali. Ristorante buono con personale cortese. A due passi dalle funivie per il ghiacciaio è l'albergo migliore per vivere una vacanza a stretto contatto con la natura. Se posso ritornerò.

Ho potuto beneficiare della cortesia e della professionalità dello staff già ancora prima di partire,quando sono stato contattato per verificare se il mio soggiorno fosse finalizzato all'attività sciistica in tal caso avrei potuto disdire anzitempo vista la mancanza di neve. Appena arrivato dopo neanche 24 ore ero uno di famiglia , staff cordiale ed attento, struttura confortevole sotto tutti i punti di vista , nulla da eccepire ad iniziare dalla camera al ristorante fino al centro relax ( piscina sauna e tutto il resto....) . Cosa dire.....grazie a tutti di tutto !! P.s. è valsa la pena di fare 1700 chilometri tra andata e ritorno ripartirei domani !! Ciao staff del Pirovano continuate così.

Probabilmente la miglior struttura allo Stelvio. Datata ma ben tenuta, a due passi dagli impianti, con piscina, sauna, bagno turco e idromassaggio a disposizione gratuitamente per rilassarsi. Grazie per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale della reception. Ci è stato anche concesso di utilizzare un garage coperto per le nostre moto!
Buona la colazione al mattino come anche le pietanze servite al ristorante. Per quanto riguarda il personale di sala, potrete facilmente riconoscere le differenze tra chi fa il cameriere di professione nell'ambito dell'hospitality e chi invece porta i piatti in tavola. Stessa cosa al bar....
Camere pulite e accoglienti. Si sentono tutti i rumori ma considerata la struttura credo sia normale. In due, un solo bagnoschiuma! Necessaria più attenzione nell'assortimento dei prodotti da bagno.

Un'ottima posizione! Si cade letteralmente sulle piste! Personale molto qualificato, professionale e gentile. Alla cucina non si può dir nulla, buona buona! Le camere son vecchiotte, se si sistemassero diventerebbe una bomba! Le piste in agosto purtroppo non il top,ma ehy... Ci son anche altre attività oltre lo sci..
