We travelled to the Hotel Delle Alpi in January 2023. There was a group of 12 of us. Myself and my wife and our 4 children (ranging from 7-20 years old), and other friends and family. We had booked basic rooms - they were basic but clean and comfortable - we're used to the budget snow holiday life so this wasn't too much of a problem, but as other reviewers have noted - there are no pictures of these rooms advertised anywhere. Other members of our party had upgraded to superior rooms and these were lovely - much larger, double balcony, modern bathrooms etc, but I have no issue with our basic rooms. Top tip would be turn down the heating the second you set foot in your room ha. Could have had somewhere extra to hang our wet snowboard stuff but by the by no issues. Food was good and plentiful. Even though we occupied 4 different rooms the hotel had seated all our party together which was nice. Breakfast a variety of different options - more on the continental side. Hot options were boiled eggs or a single heated server with scrambled eggs and alternated bacon and german style sausage every other day - we stuck to the cold options and boiled eggs really. Top tip - you have to ask the staff to boild your eggs - more than one person in our party on the first morning cracked a raw egg onto a plate as the bowl of eggs is just chilling with all the other food. Evening meal was a salad bar to start, and then a menu from which you ordered two meals, a pasta course and a meat course as is fairly usual in italy. These changed daily, but there were set meals always available eg a tomato based pasta, cheese pasta, cold cuts etc. Two evenings was a set meal - the more adventurous among us just went for it. You can decline whichever courses you want, and theres a childrens menu which adults can order from if you're really picky. What let the holiday down for us was the cost to use the pool. Another family staying at the hotel said they had not charged on their last visit. On this visit it was 20 euros per adult and 10 per child to visit the pool & spa and you had to book a slot. We ski/snowboard often and are used to enjoying the pool and spa wherever we visit most days of our holiday. If ourselves and our 4 kids had visited the spa 6 days, it would have cost us an extra 660 euros! The indoor outdoor pool had been a factor in us visiting the Delle Alpi - we did go and it was nice, but not 20 euros per person per visit nice, and the outdoor pool was closed off. Jacuzzi was cold. Steam room, sauna etc nice enough. Members of our party in the superior rooms had bathrobes in their room, used them once to visit the spa and an extra charge of 15 euros per person per use was added to the bill. There is, we noticed afterward, a small sign on the reception desk informing you of this charge. There were a few occasions where particular drinks had been added to more than one room. For example my dad who was with us enjoyed a couple of whiskies, these were billed t
