We had booked 3 triple rooms ourselves in on the 15th April 2023 and checked in on the there at 3.00 pm. Our lunch was not served to start with to which we accepted the mishap as we were also late than anticipated. However, the meals which followed were also of shockingly low quality and was not fit for consumption. This was extremely disturbing as the meals tasted quite bad and seemed to be spoilt. we went to the kitchen and it's like hell, unclean and bad smell. And also there is only guy to do all the jobs, he is the room boy, front officer and also waiter... what a shame. No one answered our calls from head office and as per the security guards this is not the first time for these kind of things happened there and they all know that and not attending to our calls. More than 10 families were left next day morning due to this and imagine if something happened to our kids by having these bad meals. I never recommend this place, don't go anyone.
