The room was good, and the location was perfect as it was just near the malls and has a 711 just beside the entrance and different fast food eateries near the hotel.

From check-in to check out was a breeze. The staff took care of my special requests too! Very simple rooms but clean, comfy, and just the right size for a couple.
The no fuss experience makes this our go-to stay in Ortigas.

No provision of free toothbrush with toothpaste. The room kinda have a certain mild bad smell.

Would have been better if hotel is located close to an MRT within 300m.
Rooms are just as expected for a no frills hotel. Clean and bright. Would have preferred to have some clothes hooks either on the toilet door or in the room to hang clothes and stuff. Overall it was a satisfactory stay.

Poor amenities 😭 and I’m not satisfied to the shower room because i can’t wash ********** parts because the shower is built in already 😭 it’s sooo hard for the woman to take shower😰

Hop Inn is always very clean. Staff are very friendly and they are very efficient when you already need to check out. Thank you Hop Inn my go to place every time I need it.

The room is decent and clean. The hotel looks new and fresh. But be aware that besides thin grey, overused towels, the hotel has 0 basics - No water kettle, no slippers, and no complimentary water, tea, or coffee. However, there is a 7/11 downstairs in the building. WIFI is ok. The bathroom is a disaster. Whatever you do, due to the misplaced bathroom screen, the whole bathroom floods during showering. It has only a rainshower, and as the bathroom is small, the water goes beyond the screen. Also, there is no proper drainage, so after showering the water doesn't flush away, and you have to walk through the puddle of water if you go to the toilet.

Stayed here for the second time mainly
Because of the location. Same feedback, I wish they offer more toiletries.
