Noodgedwongen hier in het hotel terecht gekomen vanwege orkaan IDA in New Orleans. Prima opgevangen door het hotel personeel, Prima kamer met eigen koelkast, magnetron, koffie / thee voorziening. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en bij vragen komen ze met praktische oplossingen. Het WIFI netwerk is wel wat onder bemeten als het hotel vol zit. De lunch en diner zijn van prima kwaliteit, het ontbijt is voor Europeanen (continental) wat minder aantrekkelijk. Voor je snacks kan je beter naar het naast gelegen tankstation gaan. Al met al een prima plaats om te verblijven als je op door reis bent of moet vluchten voor een orkaan. Ended up here in the hotel because we needed to leave New Orleans due to the hurricane IDA. Well taken care by the hotel staff. Neat rooms with its own refrigerator, microwave, coffee / tea facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if you have any questions the come up with practical solutions. The WIFI network is a bit undersized when the hotel is fully occupied. The lunch and dinner are of excellent quality, the breakfast is less attractive for (continental) Europeans. For snacks it is better to go to the next door gas station, prices in the hotel are a bit high. All in all a good place to stay if you are in transit or need to stay over if you are on the run for a hurricane.

PLEASE READ! I booked an inside hotel room and stayed 2 nights. I let them know in advance I would be bringing my service animal and when I got there the man then told me he has to change my room to the outside part of the hotel due to my dog. He claims they are priced the same. I find that hard to believe because all the images I saw are from the main part of the hotel and looked nice. (the rooms outside smelt bad and had some mold in the shower). There is an employee there by the name Angel, and she is amazing! She allowed me to stay an hour later after original checkout and her customer service was excellent. I was disappointed and felt robbed because of the unexpected room change to the outside building but other than that it was okay. I didn’t see any random people outside and my girl felt safe.

Wonderful stay at Quality Inn Pasadena Texas. I have been staying at this place for the last 12 days along with my 20 colleagues on a business trip. Found this place a good place to stay, all arrangements and services were very good. The front desk team comprises of Mayona, Angie, Mukesh, Ami, Yuvi along with the back-office staff is very cool and calm. They always resolved all our queries and talked to all with a smile on their face. Assist. Operations Manager Mr. Shrinivas guided us to provide help as and when required and planned for hotel transport. Many occasions he himself drove a hotel van for our visit to nearby places such as Walmart and Best Buy. The hotel has a bar/restaurant on 8th floor where Madam Gina is taking care of bar and guiding us in to choose delicious meal. She is a gentle lady ready to serve food and drinks with nice smile on face. Chef Adrian prepare superb and tasty multi cuisine food along with Indian cuisine. They have catered to the customers very well in their restaurant. Both Madam Gina and Adrian made our stay tasty, memorable, and good at this hotel for such a long time. Maritime lounge is located beside the restaurant and bar on 8th floor. For every seafarer maritime lounge act as stress buster with quality entertainment and games. The rooms were really clean, tidy, spacious & cozy. Thank you so much for your service, it was a very comfortable stay away from our home.

Rite now I am putting up in this hotel along with my 2 colleagues, stay is good ...staff is courteous and helpful, specially Mayona and Amy ......food is good too....The best of the stay is that hotel arranged cab for us to visit Walmart and best buy . My best wishes to hotel ..

The room was dirty! Ice machine was on the 3rd floor! Staff did not come to clean once during thd 4 nights we were there! Trash needed taken out! Had to call front desk to bring us clean towels! It was a terrible experience!! Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone!!
