Newly restored hotel. Good capacity for group meetings. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet included (Full buffet) Well trained and helpful staff. Taxis available from front desk Ask for higher floors so you can the Lago de Maracaibo and the bridge. Pool and spa available. Hotel recién restaurado. Buena capacidad para reuniones de grupo. El personal es muy útil. Desayuno buffet incluido (Buffet completo) Personal bien capacitado y servicial. Taxis disponibles en la recepción Preguntar por pisos más altos para poder ver el Lago de Maracaibo y el puente. Piscina y spa disponibles.

Muy buena opción de hotel en Maracaibo, con buenas instalaciones y servicios. De lo mejor de la zona. Recomendado pasar un rato en el área de la piscina con pizza y cerveza, en la noche es lo mejor en el día calor

Buen lugar para hospedarse, ubicado en una zona bonita y con una vista al lago de Maracaibo hermosa, tiene buenas instalaciones a nivel de baños y duchas, las camas cómodas, habitaciones limpias y comodas

Visite esta propiedad varías veces, para mi hasta 2019 era una Joya de lujo. Desayuno aceptable, comida general básica, personal poco amable y con falta de preparación. Habitaciones se conservan, cama muy cómoda. Hubo problemas con el agua caliente el cual solventaron. Internet regular. Roomservices mas lento que una tortuga. Atencion en recepción aceptable. Tuve un accidente y ameritaba primeros auxilios y no disponían de un botiquín de primeros auxilios aceptable! Se nota sin duda que ya no son cadena IHG. Esperaba mucho más! El deterioro es real y evidente. Lamentable porque es una Joya.

Fui dos veces en el mes. Los desayunos son muy buenos. La limpieza es adecuada. Buen servicio de internet. Las áreas comunes geniales. Ayudan con los taxis. Ahora, las dos veces tuve inconvenientes con la ducha y el agua fría. Nunca logré poner fria el agua y las duchas no fueron lo esperado.

Estoy hospedado en el Hotel Inter Maracibo en estos momentos en la hab. 416 y me sorprende el precio. 85$ con desayuno. Este hotel de súper lujo en Europa fácilmente cuesta de 300€ / día en adelante. Súper recomendable. Es enorme, cuenta con gym, piscinas, tiendas, un gran hall con techos altos todo de mármol, pianos, fuentes e incluso tienes un ****** que sortea un mustang que está en el hall del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias y grandes, en cuanto al personal del hotel muy amables y atentos, la comida normal para este tipo de hoteles ( buena pero creo podrían superar) Repetiré seguro, recomendable 100%
