房間乾淨，整潔。前台接待非要熱情，幫忙拎行李送客人到房間，耐心告知早餐時間及出入門刷卡等相關事宜。進出酒店大門都需要刷卡，非常安全。

We loved our stay at Palazzo Dalla - lovely staff, quiet rooms, but close to bars and resturants. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel and location. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. They had working AC unlike many other 4 to 5 star hotels we were at in Italy. The beds were actually soft! They even had TV in English. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, but still tucked away to feel private and secure. We loved this hotel and Parma so much we are already planning another trip to both. The only issue I had is the top cover sheet on the bed was sprayed with a fragrance. It was nice but I have allergies so I removed it while we were there. If you have bad allergies I'm sure you could request in advance not to have scents sprayed in your room. Mark this one in your favorites as I am certain you will feel the same as I do.

Amazing Experience, beautiful place, charming and perfectly location to walk trough everywhere. very gratefully to the whole stuff for have make our stay easy and well organize. Super fast internet connection, clean and well organize kitchens and bathroom
