Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Samarkand

Изначально была удивлена тому что номер смешанный, но тем не менее быстро адаптировалась. Соседи приятные, не шумные,никто не мешал друг другу. Хозяева приятные, при случае могут помочь. До всех достопримечательностей совсем не далеко.

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.

來撒馬爾罕住這裏就對了，近火車站走着就到了，房間大，床睡着也舒服，乾淨衞生，服務生都很熱情。去哪裡打車就行了。

Na een paar zware nachten in een Sovjethotel kunnen woorden niet beschrijven hoe blij ik was om dit hotel te zien. De mannelijke receptioniste was erg gastvrij toen ik aankwam, omdat hij me na een treinrit iets eerder liet inchecken. Het ontbijt voldeed aan mijn behoeften omdat ze vers fruit, groenten, yoghurt, eieren, koffie hebben ... geen klachten. De man die in de ontbijtruimte werkte, was ook erg behulpzaam. Nadat ik klaar was met gym, ging ik daarheen. Hij vroeg me meteen of ik water nodig had. Het laat zien dat hij attent is. Ik voelde me gelukkig daar te blijven. De reden dat ik het boekte was de sportschool. Als actief persoon moet ik tijdens mijn reizen trainen. De sportschool is niet volledig uitgerust, maar biedt wel de basisbenodigdheden zoals een loopband, een fiets en gewichten. Qua locatie ligt het niet in het centrum van de toeristische plek, maar het is op loopafstand. Het kostte me 15 minuten om in Registan te komen. Maak je echter geen zorgen, want Samarkand is voetgangersvriendelijk.

Неплохой отель, новый и в нём всё как положено, пахнет и обслуживание на высоте. Рядом есть магазин. Находится он в пром зоне у «мкада» и прежде чем бронировать из-за аэропорта, посмотрите тот ли аэропорт. В общем зачетный отель

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de toeristische attracties en is in principe te voet bereikbaar. Hoewel de weg voor het hotel nostalgisch is, is de tuin binnenin het hotel best mooi. De kamer is gewoon gemiddeld, net als op de foto van het kamertype dat je ziet, maar dat wil niet zeggen dat hij slecht is. Ik heb gemerkt dat hotels in Oezbekistan ook zo zijn. Over het algemeen zijn de openbare ruimtes goed ontworpen, maar de kamers zijn gewoon gemiddeld. Dat kan te maken hebben met de regionale stijl. Wat het ontbijt betreft, het is in principe een Russisch ontbijt, met pannenkoeken, sandwiches, kaas en worstjes. Voor Chinezen is het misschien niet hun smaak, maar dat ligt niet aan het hotel, het is tenslotte een regionale specialiteit.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

Location: excellent! It is in the same building complex as the Art Gallery Happy Bird, mentioned in Tripadvisor. Registan is about 300 m away, so after dinner I would walk there to see the illumination. My room had 2 twin beds, was rather small but comfortable. Upon opening the windows, a cool breeze entered the room. Wi-fi was reliable and there was a water boiler for tea. Breakfast was abundant and good. The cook, Dishoda, would make me an omelette every morning. In the same building there are restaurants and fast food/ice cream joints. On my last day I took the train to Khiva, which departs at 11:46. The hotel allowed me to stay in the TV room, with wifi access, water and toilet facilities, for 10 hours after check out. I recommend Hotel Dyor.

I stayed at Registan Gold Hotel and overall had a decent experience. Positive aspects: • The staff allowed me to check in earlier than the official 14:00 time, which was very convenient. • The bed was large and extremely comfortable. • Excellent location – only 5–10 minutes walking from Registan Square and other main attractions. • Staff members speaking Turkish made communication easier. Areas for improvement: • Poor sound isolation in the room, which made it easy to hear outside noises. • Curtains were not sufficient: privacy was compromised as the room could be seen from the side/door area, and the room never became fully dark, even at night. The hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms, but improvements in privacy, soundproofing, and guest information would make the stay much more enjoyable.
