My husband and I stayed at the Manor on Front for a romantic 1-night getaway and we really enjoyed it! It’s located right on the riverfront- there’s a paved walking trail along the river. The hosts greeted us as soon as we parked and took us to tour the two properties/homes that make up the Manor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything was impressively thought out (the swivel on the TV stand was a great touch which allowed us to watch a movie comfortably from bed). We were able to run important downtown errands; takeout and wine, all under 30 min! Breakfast the following day was delicious. We were instructed to select our choice of breakfast on a form and submit it in a designated basket the night before. Breakfast is at a large dining table joined with other guests. There’s also plenty of parking right outside the Manor. We would definitely return!

The location was great for an event we were attending. The manager and staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The breakfast woman was so welcoming especially to our grandson ,she treated him like family, she made waffles for him and they were just what a kid would like. The free breafast was plentiful and had something for everyone. The hotel was clean ,as well as pool. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone who needs to travel to the Harrisburg /Hershey area .

We stayed here for a weekend tournament. This was very conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and gas. The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was pleasant. The rooms have a small fridge and large desk space. The lobby has two microwaves available as well as a cute dining space. Breakfast was basic, but enough. There was no indoor pool and that's the only thing this place was missing for travel with kids.

We booked a night as we went to a concert at Hershey. It was clean and when checking I , staff was friendly. However, We were a bit appalled during our breakfast . We got down to breakfast area and there was hardly any food. They had no juice in the machines and a woman kept saying to all of the customers that breakfast was over, which it was at the time we were sitting. As we sat there eating the little that was out, a group came in and sat down. The woman in charge got all this breakfast food out and put it on their table to eat. Food that looked like it was what could’ve been served to customers that were turned down. We kept staring in aw and the woman came over and told us that employees were being fed and if we wanted any of that food we could go get some. She said it was Indian food that she wasn’t allowed to serve to customers. Our opinion was is that it was her family being served food that customers were turned away from. Not a good look or feel of this situation. Other than that, stay was pleasant

Staff was great.L. Only issue they were flushing the water around the town and we didn’t have water for a day. It was brown and we couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. They offered bottled water but I mean with 4 of us that would’ve been like 20 bottles. If we knew about the water issue, we would’ve booked else where. We weren’t even told at check in had to read a sign that was posted. By then, cancelation was too late. Other than that. Hotel was fine. Food was fine. We went to Hershey park was a 20 mins drive.

The staff and customer service was very good. The room did not feel very clean. The carpet felt sticky.   The bathroom & sink looked like it had been used and not cleaned. The shower head was broken and handle the wall plate was not attached to the wall so the shower water ran into the wall. The front desk agent was very kind and apologetic and said they would have someone look into it. The refrigerator and air conditioner were excellent!

Food is really good and the hotel staff was so helpful. Even the room and washroom super clean and tidy 5 Stars for the hotel I recommend

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

De receptioniste stemde ermee in om ons gratis te upgraden naar een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier. De kamer was schoon, volledig uitgerust met een magnetron en koelkast, de lucht was helder en het uitzicht was prachtig. Er was echter geen lift en het ontbijt bevatte geen vlees of eieren.
