Connected to Red Sea Mall, very convenient. Room is nice and clean, got everything you need. Everything is perfect. Didn’t get the chance to try their food but they have a good price for lunch package ~55 Sar/pp.

I arrived before 2pm (start of checkin) and they let me enter my room. I was so lucky and thankful as my journey to Jeddah was tiring :-) In between my stays I often asked the reception to send the housekeeping into my room to set it up a little bit when I’m off in the city and the housekeeping did an excellent job! Everything was clean and well equipped. And I got my water and coffee daily. The area around this Ibis hotel is okayish. Could be better and without a car it can be dangerous, too as there is a highway with lots of traffic next to it. But I somehow managed it to walk some distances although Jeddah isn’t a walkable city. The closest supermarket is as Danube and about a 20 minute walk. The closest bus stop to get to the historic city center of Jeddah was also a 20 minute walk. Unfortunately on my last day the reception called me at around 11:30am and was asking why I didn’t check out. I told them that when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and the receptionist agreed to 1:30pm. I told him to type it into the system, but he didn’t. Otherwise no one would have called me before. Please update your staff especially when I did give a notice to do so and to avoid the calls when I need some proper rest before a long journey. All in all my experience was nice. I even visited the gym, which was well equipped. 5 stars goes to the excellent housekeeping!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Ik heb dit hotel 11 dagen gebleven voor Biz reis. Ik gebruik geen ontbijt, maar McDonald's, KFC, Nahdi, Starbucks zijn erg dichtbij. Ik kan ook een supermarkt gebruiken in de Golden Moor Mall, die 10 minuten lopen is. Ik gebruik deze Mirada-rullen volgende keer.

We hebben flink betaald voor een nacht, denkend dat het een comfortabel verblijf zou zijn, aangezien het een vijfsterrenhotel is. Helaas voldeed de standaard niet aan onze verwachtingen. De entree is behoorlijk glamoureus, maar daar houdt het dan ook op. Toen we in onze kamer aankwamen, zagen we een laag stof op het bureau en het balkon (dat ze blijkbaar niet onderhouden). Er werkte maar één stopcontact in de kamer (we waren met drie personen op één kamer). De lampenkappen waren kapot en scheef. De waterkoker had roest aan de binnenkant. De airconditioning koelde niet sterk genoeg. Veel dingen leken kapot en verouderd. De leeftijd van dit hotel begint zich af te tekenen, en ik had verwacht dat de prijzen voor zo'n slecht onderhouden hotel lager zouden zijn. Ik heb geboekt op basis van de foto's en de goede naam, maar helaas heb ik het gevoel dat ik mijn geld heb verspild.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

I had the pleasure of staying at City Centre Rotana Doha and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel combines modern luxury with warm hospitality, making it a standout choice in the heart of Doha. The location is superb — directly connected to City Center Mall and just minutes from West Bay, the Corniche, and other major landmarks. Whether you're in Doha for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed — from fast Wi-Fi to a well-appointed work desk and luxurious bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive selection of international and Middle Eastern dishes. I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of the food, as well as the attentive and courteous service from the restaurant staff. Other hotel facilities — including the pool, fitness center, and spa — were well-maintained and inviting. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with a routine during travel. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or concierge, the service was consistently excellent. City Centre Rotana Doha is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.

Niet onder de indruk sinds het inchecken en een suite kamer geboekt, maar kregen een normale kamer en vertelden ons dat het oké was en dat we een andere kamer zouden krijgen. We reserveerden een suite met 2 slaapkamers. We weigerden dus gingen we protesteren bij de nieuwe balie en kregen een suite kamer. kom Aan het einde van de dag van uitchecken uit het hotel, hielp het personeel niet. Het is oké als je je bagage niet draagt. Er zal waarschijnlijk geen volgende keer hier zijn.
