Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. De kamer was schoon. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar restaurants en winkelgebieden. Er staan ​​echter vrijwel altijd motorfietsen voor het hotel, dus er is geen probleem. Als u WhatsApp uitwisselt met de chauffeur, kunt u ons altijd bellen. De airconditioner in de kamer was te koud en er was geen afstandsbediening, dus ik nam contact op met de receptie en kreeg te horen dat ze later contact met me zouden opnemen, maar ze namen pas contact met me op toen ik uitcheckte, dus dat was mijn enige spijt .

Room was clean and comfortable with soap and toothbrush in bathroom, just 10 min walk from bars and restaurants, 20 min walk from airport or 100 peso on taxi bike. The breakfast is OK. The AC was not working properly in the standard room that also has no window. But was upgraded to the Delux room.

High regards to the staff of the hotel whose sincerity and warmth made my stay very comfortable. There may be limitations in terms of the facilities but the competent staff overcome all of these. The location of the hotel is also a great advantage. The food is also perfect that is made more delicious because of the warm accommodation of the staff.

Fijne plek om uit te rusten. Ik voelde me niet helemaal lekker dus we zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven. Dit was een hele goede plek daarvoor aangezien je niet perse weg hoeft omdat ze alles hebben op locatie. Het eten was prima maar niet super. Heerlijk geslapen dat wel! Leuke bar bij het zwembad. Wij hadden een kamer aan de tuin, dit was erg prettig omdat we dan niet continue rondom het zwembad area zaten.

The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

La habitación se ve que es muy antigua, los colchones son de espuma, los enchufes generan poca confianza, la verdad por lo poco que se paga se podría decir que está normal, no esperes mucho. El baño es otro mundo, la taza del baño no tiene la base para sentarse, por lo que es muy poco higiénico a la hora de usarlo, o eso o orinar y hacer tus necesidades sin tocar la taza. La ducha no tiene mucha presión, por lo que si vas a ducharte es mejor que uses la llave que está debajo de la ducha y llenes un balde y te bañes con el balde de agua. La puerta del baño de las mujeres está rota por debajo, por lo que puede causar un poco de inseguridad, aunque la verdad no creo que a la gente le importe mucho.
