"Place is so serene and such a welcome respite from living in the city -- everywhere you look is greenery, cool breeze caresses your face, and sounds of crickets and cicadas serenade you in the early evening to night. A gaggle of ducks scattered near the streams and tiny ponds within the vicinity, which you have the option to feed or just watch as they paddle around. Swimming in the pools is refreshing given the blistering summer heat, but be warned that the mountain spring water can be a bit too cold for most. The restaurant and cafe by the entrance which are an attraction in itself serve sumptuous meals at reasonable prices and can truly satiate everyone in the group given their huge servings. To say we're pleased with this gem of a place is an understatement. We loved every minute of our stay and the kids are raring to go back again."

"I just book for two nights but after 24 hrs, they keep knocking on the door and I asked why, they said check out time, however 23 is my check out time. I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now."

It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style and comfort, but Ysabella Suite nailed it. The suite was impeccably clean, well-lit, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved the cozy ambiance—it felt like a boutique hotel but with the warmth of home. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference. The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. "When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!"

"Bedsheets are thin and with stains.  Hospitable ang staffs. Requested non smoking room but may ashtray sa room. So ibig sabihin, pwede mag smoke doon. May mga basic amenities naman.  1/2 shampoo 1 pc soap (walang hand soap so all in one na to) 2 disp tooth brush 1 sachet tooth paste 2 bath towel May 2 unan at 1 kumot, addtl will cost 50php each. 2 Slippers Sira ang hook ng shower. Walang hot water. Busted dim lights and 1 main room light. Di gumagana ang remote control ng tv. Matagal mag assist at naka 3x na balik bago maayos. Take note, syempre, kailangan nila pumasok sa room to fix this. Habang nandoon na kami. Napaka inconvenient."
