"So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. "just a new open hotel. room smells a bit like cigarettes, very simple room, would be better if we got chair in the room since my parents cant sit on the floor….free malay breakfat, lift broken down and stairs is high, not suitsble to bring family who is old"

"De kamer was prima, geschikt voor gezinnen! Dank aan de hotelmanager voor de gratis kamerupgrade. De lobby van het hotel wordt momenteel gerenoveerd en ook de speeltuin wordt gerepareerd. Als die klaar is, zal het er vast heel comfortabel zijn. Het zwembad was prima schoon! Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand! Bovendien kun je er afhaalmaaltijden bestellen, wat erg handig is. Er waren veel kleine krabben op het strand!! Het is vooral prachtig als je een romantische zonsondergang meemaakt!! Het zeewater is overdag niet geweldig; de getijden zijn erg merkbaar (haha, ik zeg maar wat er in me opkomt...). Al met al was het een fijne ervaring en het verblijf in het hotel was comfortabel."

"Dit hotel ligt een beetje ver het bos in. Het hotel zelf is prima, de kinderen willen hier graag verblijven omdat het zwembad eigenlijk een klein waterpretpark is. Je kunt niet in de zee zwemmen, want er zijn veel rotsen. Als je wilt zwemmen, moet je een stukje lopen. Maar zelfs dan is de zee nog niet geschikt om in te zwemmen. Als je wilt zwemmen, kun je beter in het Teluk Kemang Hotel verblijven."

"I think i wasn't given the Superior Room as depicted when i made the reservation. But somehow i didn't make a fuss as the room was still spacious & comfortable, and i was given a room early at 1pm & was just staying for 1 night. The location was good, close to eateries & amenities, and walkable to the public beach. Breakfast was so so & held in a temporary function room as the Coffee House was undergoing a renovation. But they started serving only at 7.45am even though the official time was 7.00am. Overall, a satisfactory stay."
