Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Bologna

Ik verbleef onlangs vier nachten in het Hotel NH Bologna de la Gare in Bologna. Hier is een gedetailleerd verslag van mijn ervaring: Locatie: Het hotel is gunstig gelegen nabij het centraal station van Bologna. Dit maakte het erg handig voor onze dagtochten naar Venetië en Florence. De locatie is een van de beste aspecten van het hotel. Kamer: Ik boekte een standaardkamer. Hoewel deze niet bijzonder ruim was, was hij schoon, modern en comfortabel. De netheid en moderniteit van de kamer waren behoorlijk indrukwekkend, vooral vergeleken met sommige oudere Europese hotels. Voorzieningen: Het hotel heeft een opvallende bar op het dak die aperitief serveert. Het is een fijne plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van een drankje met uitzicht. Service: Het in- en uitchecken verliep soepel. Ik kwam iets voor de middag aan en ze lieten me eerder inchecken. Op de dag van vertrek was onze vlucht 's avonds en konden we laat uitchecken tegen een vergoeding van 10 EUR per uur na 12.00 uur. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf. Dineren: Ik betaalde voor het ontbijt, dat was prima. Het was voldoende, maar niet bijzonder. Algemene ervaring: Het beste aan mijn verblijf was de locatie. Het maakte het heel gemakkelijk om nabijgelegen steden te verkennen met de trein. De moderne en schone kamer was ook een groot pluspunt. Ik kan geen verbeterpunten bedenken; over het algemeen ben ik erg tevreden met mijn verblijf. Aanbeveling: Ja, ik zou dit hotel aanbevelen aan anderen, vooral vanwege de uitstekende locatie en de moderne kamers. In tegenstelling tot sommige oudere appartementen in Europa zijn de kamers hier gemoderniseerd en comfortabel.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het treinstation. Ik boekte de eenvoudigste eenpersoonskamer. Deze was erg klein en lag op de bovenste verdieping, maar voor twee nachten was het prima. De kamer was mooi en eenvoudig ingericht. Alleen de vloer was niet helemaal gedweild, verder was alles in orde. De dame bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De inrichting van het hotel is bijzonder interessant, met van alles, van Boeddhabeelden tot dieren en andere kleurrijke decoraties. De SPA kon alleen gebruikt worden tijdens een vooraf vastgestelde periode, waarschijnlijk tegen extra kosten. Over het algemeen is de accommodatie goed en ik zou het aanbevelen.

Really like the vibes. But during our stay, there’s a party and we can still hear the sound at 11. The hair dryer can only use for 40 secs, then it will stop working for around 3 mins. AC is totally not working. Surrounding is really beautiful though. I like staying downstairs and just relax.

It's an outstanding hostel. There are activities every night and the hostel is located in the middle of city centre and the train station. It's around 10 mins walk from the train station. They provided vegetables and dried pasta for free for guest to cook at the guest kitchen.

The “hotel” isn’t exactly a hotel. It’s in an apartment/residential building (1st floor from ground level - I’d call this the 2nd floor, but they would disagree here). I was a bit disappointed when I wanted to bring my bags a couple hours before check-in so I could walk around the city. Hotels are usually good about this; however, the “front desk person” for this “hotel” comes by appointment. Again, this isn’t a hotel, even though it’s advertised to be. I found out that you need to give them 48 hours notice if you plan to come by earlier (I didn’t see this information anywhere prior to check-in). Overall, the space was clean, spacious and cool (the AC was the best part). The bathroom is modern and quite nice. The noise level was a bit much, as the room faces the street. Also, I had really hoped to use the laundry services (for additional charge) as shown on the Trip.com listing but again, I was told at check-in that I needed to give 48 hours notice for this, and that it’s not something they offer anyway. The front desk person told me there is a laundry mat near by (four minute walk, make sure to have coins). I’m being completely transparent in this review, not to be a ****, but to be informative. I felt a bit misled, so please, if you have any special requests, make sure to share those with the front desk 48 HOURS BEFORE check-in. You can ring the doorbell (labeled “Casa Alessandrini”) outside the building all you want, but no one will come to let you in unless they are there. 👍

I guess it all depends on expectations - I booked it because it had really good recent reviews at the time but I was disappointed with the experience. The rooms look like they have been relatively recently renovated but because everything in the rooms is cheap and basic and there are marks and stains on the walls they appear tired.  The style is basic functional so you should not expect much in terms of comfort or coziness. The hotel is poorly ventilated so there is smell in corridors and in the rooms. I changed a room because there was additional smell coming from the bathroom.

The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from Bologna station, and there’sa grocery store about 10 minutes and great cafes that are better than many in the city center. The hostel is very clean with lockers in the rooms and shower/bathroom. You must rent a towel for €3 if you do not have your own. The painting and design is aesthetic. The service is great too: the clerk who checked me in carried my bag for me. The dining area is spacious and can be used for work but the other public areas are less conducive to that. The hostel is a great value if staying in Bologna.

Over het algemeen is het hotel goed, het is alleen een beetje oud. Goede service, vriendelijk en attent personeel Het ontbijt is goed en nogal gevarieerd De locatie is niet de beste, maar voor de prijs kun je niet verwachten dat het in het centrum ligt Eigenlijk vond ik het hotel leuk
