Very friend staff. Room size is reasonable. Breakfast is average. No hand towel. Clean room. Opposite a small mall with supermarket n restaurants. Only compliant is that the aircon in my room was not working well and can get hot in the night. A pleasant stay overall.

The hotel room is nice, and the swimming facility is good, staying open until 9 PM. The service is commendable. However, I do have a few complaints. The water provided isn't clean, and I suggest switching to bottled water. Additionally, the electric switch had issues, so please ensure these are checked daily, especially after a customer checks out. Lastly, I recommend addressing the room's smell to improve the overall experience.

Everything from service to location is excellent 👍👍 The only drawback is the noise from traffic, it is difficult to rest if you’re a light sleeper.

It's the budget hotel of ascott so you can expect good standard in term of cleanliness and services. I got trouble when I check in as the electricity in the room was not working but the staff fix it quickly. Happy with the services.

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

booking dg request kamar smooking tapi mas resepsionis bilang smoking room habis, sampe kamar ternyata pintu macet gabisa dibuka. perlu perbaikan tim engineering dulu, request move room infonya adanya hanya kamar connecting. okelah nunggu buat diperbaiki, setelah selesai semua masuk kamar ternyata sabun dikamar mandi habis ngga di refil. udah kesekian kalinya kesini tapi waktu periode inap saat itu aja yg sangat mengecewakan. awal awal biasa aja.

Stayed here for my brother engagement party (he also booked the hall here) nice and clean room, friendly staff, we got everything we need. They didn’t have prayer mat tho, but they didn’t mind lend it to us. They have a quite a variety foods for breakfast. Worth the price,

Highly recommended for business travelers. Reasonable room rate and the location is really convenient. Walkable to Living mall and looking for your lunch or dinner. Will staying here again .

This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.
