"Tijdens deze zakenreis koos ik voor het Kaiyuan Hotel in Ruian om te verblijven, en de algehele ervaring was zeer bevredigend. Allereerst is de locatie erg handig. De kamer was schoon en netjes, en het bed was matig zacht en stevig, waardoor ik na een drukke dag een comfortabele rustomgeving kon hebben. De houding van het personeel is erg vriendelijk. "Het hotel ligt pal tegenover het treinstation, wat super handig is! De receptioniste was erg aardig en heeft geduldig al mijn vragen beantwoord. De kamer zag er comfortabel uit en het beddengoed was ook heerlijk. Het ontbijt was een aangename verrassing; er waren een paar dingen die ik nog nooit eerder had gezien en die ik allemaal heb geprobeerd. Dat ze tijdens het Chinese Nieuwjaar alles goed op voorraad konden houden, verdient echt een dikke pluim!"

"Hotel looks really worn from the outside so had my expectations very low but ended up positively surprised. Check in was smooth, got a room on 20th floor and it was quite spacious and in very good condition. Well cleaned and quiet. Lots of storage and decent work space. AC was not working that good tho and probably the sliding door/wall thing for the bath would be a bit annoying if more people stayed but as solo travel it was all good. Nice that they brought a small welcome fruit plate also. Didnt check out the local area much but its fairly central and plenty of local eateries around. Got up early so all breakfast options were not out yet but was a kind of standard Chinese buffet. Nothing better or worse than most other local premium hotels. All in all good stay at decent price and would probably book here again if returning to Rui’an."

"Het hotel is over het algemeen uitstekend, met een eersteklas ontbijt en gratis ondergrondse parkeergelegenheid. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon, en er is een fitnessruimte, een biljartkamer en een zwembad. Het enige minpuntje was dat de lichtstrip in de bagageruimte van mijn kamer kapot was en de hele nacht bleef branden, waardoor mijn slaap verstoord werd. Bovendien zijn de ramen niet erg geluiddicht, waardoor ik rond 5 uur 's ochtends de omroepberichten van de bus kon horen."

"De hardware van de kamer is in orde, behalve dat het geen slim toilet is. Het is tenslotte pas in 2023 geopend. De andere kameromgeving is nog steeds niet slecht. Waar ik ontevreden over ben, is dat er geen roomservicecentrum is als ik bel, ook hiervoor is de receptie verantwoordelijk, wat leidt tot onvoldoende service. Toen we incheckten, moesten we wachten tot het personeel bij de receptie de kameroproep beantwoordde voordat ze ons konden inchecken. We moesten midden in de nacht wachten. Er zijn ook geen hoteltassen aanwezig in de kamer, wat zeldzaam is. Ik vroeg er bij de receptie om en kreeg een tas waarin reclame werd gemaakt voor een optiekwinkel. Ik was sprakeloos. Dit is niet wat een hotel kan doen, vooral niet onder de vlag van Kaiyuan. Er is geen basisbodylotion aanwezig in de kamer. De receptie was ook niet erg gastvrij."

"Ik wilde het eerst opgeven na het lezen van de slechte recensies, maar toen vond ik de locatie uitstekend en besloot ik het eens te proberen. Ik was zeer tevreden met het resultaat. De service en hygiëne waren ook erg goed. De omgeving was ruim en licht. Er stonden taxi's voor de deur. Het was niet ver van verschillende bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en eindigde om 9:45 uur. U kunt ook op uw kamer bestellen. Uitchecken kan worden uitgesteld tot 14:00 uur. Bagage kan ook na het uitchecken worden achtergelaten. Er is een plek om thee te drinken in de lobby en een plein beneden waar u dagelijkse benodigdheden en snacks kunt kopen. Het restaurant ”Go Tea” op het plein en het zelfbedieningsrestaurant met vis aan de overkant zijn ook goede opties."

"voordeel: 1. Nieuw hotel met grote kamers, gratis parkeren, wasserette, etc. 2 Kinderen krijgen gratis ontbijt. Kinderen ouder dan 1,4 jaar zijn ook welkom, wat erg gul is. tekortkoming: 1. De hygiëne is niet zo best. Er ligt veel stof op de vloer van de kamer. De theekopjes worden niet afgewassen. Er zit veel stof op de deksels van de vervangen theekopjes. De responstijd van de service is niet snel. 2 De locatie is relatief afgelegen, maar je kunt nog steeds de trein naar Ruian nemen, dat is niet ver. Het grootste voordeel is dat het een nieuw hotel is. Er ontbreken nog andere soft services en er wordt nog steeds gebruikgemaakt van de oude werkwijze. Het is tenslotte een hotel in een klein stadje. Maar de hygiëne kan nog beter en zorgvuldiger."

They kept asking me why I was staying there, but as every other hotel I’m here for a place to stay, the rooms smelled like cigarettes with cigarette burn marks. The AC doesn’t look clean it was abit dirty. And they charged for single use towels in the room, the room didn’t look the same as the listing and was dirty The Internet connection was good and the laundry machines cleaned my clothes well. The shower isn’t good, the door doesn’t seal so when I get out of the shower the bathroom floor was covered in water.

Allereerst wil ik de dame bij de receptie complimenteren. Ze was erg gastvrij en beleefd. Vanaf het moment dat we een parkeerplaats vlakbij het hotel vonden, was ze erg geduldig om ons naar de parkeerplaats te begeleiden. Vervolgens verliep het inchecken erg soepel. De kamerfaciliteiten waren allemaal prima en schoon. Er is ook een Wansong Mountain Park tegenover het hotel. Als je genoeg tijd hebt, raad ik iedereen aan om de berg op te wandelen. Het is erg goed. Over het algemeen is het erg goed.

De kamer was OK, maar het bed was te hard. Omdat het bedrijf alleen dit bedrag vergoedde, had ik geen keus. Er was genoeg eten in de buurt, dus ik heb samen met mijn man een hotpot gegeten. Loop langzaam terug. Parkeren bij het hotel is gratis.

As a foreigner; this is one of the best hotels I have found in ruian; the hygiene, the facilities and the hospitality is truly remarkable; they have great Chinese breakfast and they also have a laundry for free where you can wash you’re clothes and there are also restaurants just near by if you want to go out and eat; I liked my stay at the hotel very very much. 作爲一個外國人；這是我在瑞安找到的最好的酒店之一；這裏的衛生、設施和熱情好客都非常出色；他們有很棒的中式早餐，還有免費洗衣店，你可以在那裏洗衣服，如果你想出去吃飯，附近也有餐館；我非常非常喜歡住在這家旅館.

Het hotel ligt in het stadscentrum en is erg handig om te eten en te zingen. Er is een berg tegenover die je kunt beklimmen. Het ligt niet ver van het stadscentrum en is gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf de snelweg. De receptie van Xiao Yan heette ons hartelijk welkom en gaf ons een gratis upgrade van de kamer.
