Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! Poet Song is an amazing place! Location: Very convenient. Short 10 minute Didi taxi ride (10rmb) to the ancient city. Or can take bus (2 RMB) 15mins. From Airport Didi 15 mins (20 RMB). Room: The room is clean, with fast wifi, very cool aircon, smart lights and curtains. Has all the amenities you need: kettle, great hairdryer and each day will have basic room cleaning and you get new toiletries and bottled water. Besides the comfort of the room, what makes this place really great are the staff. From the moment you arrive, they come out to greet you, take you into their cozy reception room and check you in while enjoying fruits and/or Xinjiang nut snacks. Not all staff spoke English but any translation app will do and they all are so willing to help. They gave very valuable advice of places to visit so ask them any questions! The owner can speak English and I'm sure you will get to meet him as he is very hands on and around everyday to make sure all his guests are taken care of and enjoying their stay. He is a great guy and I believe is the real reason what makes this hotel so good! When I come back to Kashi/Kashgar, no hesitation I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommend!!! Oh there are also three adorable cats!

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

話説，酒店新開的衞生還可以，房間很小，設施配備來説不夠全，除了廁所衞生紙連抽紙也沒有。傢俱也很簡陋。最嚇人的是走道非常長非常窄，還拐了幾道彎，雖然有四個消防樓梯，但是全都是鎖的。電梯當天壞了，保安大哥試了三四把鑰匙才打開一道防火門通行。吃飯在隔壁漢庭酒店，還不如➕30 塊住隔壁←_←酒店陳設感覺與價位不符。 前台服務小姐姐小哥哥和保安大哥服務態度很好

酒店性價比絕了！價格親民，但是品質卻不打折。房間設施很新，都是智能馬桶，房間還有貴妃塌，跟朋友一起聊個天很方便，樓下就是便利店和餐廳，買東西吃飯超方便。酒店大堂也有貨櫃機，裏面有飲料水果啥的，真的真的方便，晚上很安靜，睡眠質量超高，還有很多特色禮品，挑到眼花

Ik heb een Oriental King Room en een Oriental Twin Room geboekt in Aksu hotel, en ik heb twee Superior Twin Rooms geboekt in uw hotel. Het is redelijk dat de prijs van de superior kamer hoger is dan die van de gewone kamer, maar de prijs is hoog terwijl de faciliteiten lager zijn dan die van de gewone kamer, wat voor mij onacceptabel is. De badkamers in gewone kamers van de Green Oriental Aksu-winkel zijn uitgerust met wegwerptoiletzittingen, die uw winkel niet heeft. De Aksu-winkel is uitgerust met douchekappen, die uw winkel niet heeft. De Aksu-winkel is uitgerust met een kleine koelkast met drankjes, die uw winkel niet heeft. De ontbijtvariëteit is niet zo rijk als die van de Aksu-winkel en de smaak is niet zo goed als die van de Aksu-winkel. Super convenient - located right across from the ancient city. The hotel was very new and looked amazing on the inside to our surprise. Service was fantastic! They had a shuttle that took us to the main road so we didn’t have to move all our luggage on our own when we left. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Bathroom was good - shower was spacious, enclosed, and the floor had these grippy things making it less slippery. Breakfast was delicious! Highchair was available for my baby. Would 100% stay here again.

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
