剛入住因停車及行李車問題心生反感，大堂的一位年輕女性負責人妥善及時地做了處理，態度友善親和力強，房間升級到了親子房，是個小黃鴨主題大開間，小朋友比較喜歡，美中不足是沙發和地毯的清潔問題以及其中一塊玻璃爆裂痕跡，擔心產生安全隱患沒讓小朋友靠近，一晚就懶得再換房了。
退房時，亦是停車問題，進場沒掃到導致車輛第一次沒開出，另一位前台女性人員陪同過去停車場解決的，還送了離店伴手禮，態度真誠得體且到位，總體比較滿意，更值得誇讚的是女性在職場中認真負責的敬業態度，全五星好評給兩位職場女性。"

"We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel.
- There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay.
- The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am.
- The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust.
- Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used.
- The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists."

"Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area.
Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area.
Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip."

"這次出差住的這家酒店，本來衹當是個落腳的地方，沒想到被兩個小細節狠狠圈粉了。💪 健身房：不止是器材，更是貼心健身房不算大，但勝在乾淨、敞亮。落地窗外是城市街景，運動的時候看着車水馬龍，反而有種抽離感。器材是新的，跑步機、動感單車都有，鏡面牆讓空間顯得更開闊。最戳人的是，角落的小櫃子裏備了礦泉水，旁邊還放着熨衣板和熨斗——跑完步出一身汗，直接把皺巴巴的襯衫熨平，第二天見客户也體面，這點真的太懂商務人士了。 自助洗衣房，長途出行的救星洗衣房就在樓層裏，不用跑老遠，這點就贏了。三台洗烘一體機，操作面板上的提示很清楚，我把攢了兩天的襯衫、襪子一股腦塞進去，一小時後就是乾爽平整的乾淨衣服，對於要連軸轉好幾天的出差狗來説，這簡直是續命神器。"

"It was an amazing trip. Unforgettable memories with this place. Hotel was nice. Tbh gor the 5 star hotel can be little bit better, for example no mini bar at room , more bathing stuff (coat). But generally it’s nice . The room was really nice and clean. View from the room relaxing and beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and kind. They gave some gifts to my son because it was his birthday."

"It was overall a pleasant stay in this very new hotel. Especially the housekeeping staff was really friendly. Room was very clean. Checking in and out was fast. Downside is that the construction of this hotel is not ready so there is currently no gym/spa available. One practical suggestion: the hotel should attach the safety deposit box to the wall. Also I wonder if spinkler system is in use in this hotel? I did not see sprinklers in my room.
I wish this hotel will do well and finish the construction work soon. I think I might come back if the gym/spa is available next time because the room was very spacious and nice."

GGastgebruiker必須五星好評👏週末兩天帶家人和小狗來玩水，住的這家民宿,不收狗狗清潔費，房間非常敞亮乾淨。老闆一家人都好熱情，我們從上海出發時就電話我們，説快到時提前告訴他一下，天太熱，他會提前把空調給我們開開，太暖心了吧。快到時，遠遠就看到老闆在門口等着引導我們停車，幫我們拿行李，去漂流的話還會開介紹信減些門票費用。我特別喜歡院子的設計風格，一大早帶狗狗到草坪上玩，小狗直接撒歡兒開跑，小狗也給老闆打好評哈哈

GGastgebruiker非常漂亮能拍八百張照片的山裡民宿。除了早餐選擇比較少。其他沒啥挑剔。從整體規劃到房間設計到老闆娘服務人員的服務都沒話説。推薦了很多朋友來。適合發呆拍照享受山裡的時光。這次來碰上端午節下雨，不然離民宿不遠處有一個寺廟，連接的小溪棧道散步超級超級治癒！下次有機會再來

The proprietress Jian Ge, his wife and children are very enthusiastic. Stay for a few days and you won't be disappointed. Don’t go to Chuanbu Village, Beichuan Village~~
advantage:
1. Perfect facilities. There are more than 30 rooms, which can be solved by eating, playing in the water and climbing mountains.
2. The room is super large, with large and wide floor-to-ceiling glass, and the valley is outside the window, which combines comfort and privacy.
3. Pet-friendly, dogs can play to their heart's content, friends with dogs will love it.
4. There is a tea garden when you go out, and you can go up the mountain in the yard. The scenery is beautiful when taking children and dogs up the mountain.
5. The price is moderate, suitable for small gatherings or group building of 3~5 families.

XXinchendahai 。夏日裏的微風，翡綠色的竹海，熱情的老闆一家人，都是我這次旅途的意外收穫。很感謝老闆幫我們房間升了級，還告訴我們哪裡能出片，哪裡溯溪好玩，早餐是阿姨給我們做的餛飩，熱氣騰騰的味道，讓我有一種久違的親切感。還碰到了特別有趣的小朋友，和我們在一起聊天玩耍的很開心，走的時候特別煽情的問我們還會去找她玩嗎？臨走時看着她落寞的小背影，那就下次有機會再見吧😀

GGastgebruiker酒店位於長興貢茶古道附近，在周圍眾多農家樂中脱穎而出。庭院式裝修風格，獨有特色。周圍綠水青山，空氣清新。
房間不算太大，但非常乾淨整潔，有陽台，一樓房間有庭院。寵物友好，非常適合我們養狗的家庭。
酒店屬於淡季，人不多，價格也相對便宜很多。但早餐相對還是豐富，沒有因為住客少就減少了早餐的種類，這一點超越很多做季候性的景區酒店。
服務非常好，十分親切，賓至如歸。有什麼問題都是馬上解決，儘量滿足。特別感謝主管周舟，一直在想我們所想。

GGastgebruikerThe hotel is clean,receptionist is very friendly and good.Comfortable bed,no complains except the tv only shows Chinese channels which is no problem but I wish they at least had English subtitles,their breakfast is not really suitable for breakfast it’s heavy chinese food like rice etc.Hotels should know that a foreigner can come lodge a room and cater to them,I wish they made English breakfast as well.Also the water in the shower comes out little by little and the AC isn’t cold..

AAnnaVichWe really enjoyed our stay even though the weather was not good.
What worked: Great bed, the room is comfortable and pretty, fab bathtub, service is excellent, very pet friendly, great pool (though we couldn't use it, too cold), nice amenities in general, good food
Downside: There is only issue, but a significant one. While the hotel has fantastic grounds and design, it is surrounded by factories. You can see them from the window and the pool. It really kills the vibe and is a bit noisy. But I suppose there is not much they can do about it.

The location is amazing, close to the old town and easy to go watch the fireworks at night, it's a must see.
The tickets show that we got staying at the hotel was nice and fun. Worth to watch.
The only weird thing was that at early morning a lady open our door room to give us some water. Was polite but weird to get somebody trying to get to your room with you there.

NNuonuo Lydia過年來湖州玩首先太湖演藝城看煙花和打鐵花，酒店就選童家村客棧（明智之舉），煙花和打鐵花太好看了，我們連看了兩場（兩場是有些區別的）20:30的那場最最好看！看完就逛回房間太方便了！晚上散場離開演藝城的人多不需要去等車，非常的棒！
客棧房間小（很小）但是該有的都有，過年價錢也沒漲多少性價比很高！
我們早上10點退的房，輕輕鬆鬆打車去了月亮灣乘遊船看太湖（一個小時左右），打車去狀元樓吃午飯，我這樣的安排非常愜意！
