Hotels met parkeergelegenheid in Central Okanagan

Arrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing ! Kids love the indoor pool ! Recommened for the families.

Excellent spot in Kelowna, have stayed in many hotels/motels there as well as lived there, nice area close to everything … this has a private courtyard, picnic tables, bbq, pool, games outside which are right there, perfect for families, super friendly people who run the place, nobody harrrasing you when you have a smoke outside (even tho they have the usual rules), direct room access outside, easy for loading/unloading luggage, super nice renovated suites with big screen tv, large kitchen, meeting table, outside patio on each suite, you can’t get any better than this and it’s a fraction of the price of the mainstream hotels where you need to take an elevator, walk a mile to go outside for a smoke and feel like a bird in a cage …. and have no patio access.  This is a hidden gem in Kelowna, it’s the best hotel/motel for one of the lowest prices in the city.  I lived here for years, and stayed in most of them since I’m travelling here for business every 3 weeks. 5 stars …. You will be shocked how cool this place is … You are welcome!

The in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kelowna. Staff were friendly, swimming pool and slide were great for our 9 year old, free breakfast was fantastic! My only complaint would be that I booked a room with a king size bed saying it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), so I assumed there would be a pull out couch. There was only one king bed. So my toddler slept in her playpen that we brought along and my 9 year old had to sleep on the floor. I’m not really sure how one bed means you can sleep 4 people?  But we made it work and our stay was great besides that issue.

The hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice pillows and towels. The toiletries were a bit too small, so we asked for more and were provided right away. I absolutely loved the territory and the warm outdoors swimming pools and hot tubs, those are amazing!  The only thing is the restaurants on the property, even though the menu is quite good, the dishes didn’t taste great, we had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered different things every time, but still. Could be us, but just a note, you may want to eat elsewhere.

Hotel is a good value The new tubs are so slippery I’m surprised that there have not been several accidents no mats on the tubs but was surprised to see a sign on front offering a mat if requested -that’s a safety issue to me

Lage ist sehr gut da direkt an Hauptstrasse die zum Flughafen sowie Stadtzentrum führt. Shoppingcenter Orchard Park direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer im Tower sehr gut.

Overall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..
