What a wonderful experience. My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary trip and it could not have been better the check-in process with Joe and Nathalie at the front desk was welcoming and easy. They took great care of us and insured that our entire trip was smooth. Our room was beautiful with the full kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, soft beds, and comfortable living room. We were able to take advantage of the pool and hot tub during our trip. The infinity pool the valley was breathtaking and a quiet of the woods while being in a heated pool was so calming and relaxing. Everyone made us feel at home and we can’t wait to go back.

There are locations and hotels that can really impress you...and then there are places that rise to a level of service and beauty that stay with you long after you’ve left. Stein Eriksen Residences is firmly the latter. Even visiting in the off-season, the experience felt nothing short of world-class. What stood out most was the service. It wasn’t just polished or efficient. It was deeply genuine. Every interaction carried a sense of warmth and generosity that felt as though the staff was picked because care was simply a part of their nature. Everyone seemed to take real pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and it showed in the smallest details: thoughtful recommendations, unhurried conversations, and an attentiveness that never felt intrusive. The lodge itself becomes something entirely different outside of ski season (when I visited). The private infinity pool helped me feel grounded, expansive, and deeply peaceful. And just a few steps below the pool was easy access to the alpine paths. When you go to a location known for its skiing, you don't think about visiting in off season, which, perhaps, is why I was surprised by the expansive hiking and biking. The surrounding mountains open up into a playground of trails that offer sweeping views of the flowering/green slopes, crisp mountain air, and a kind of quiet that’s hard to find. I looked it up and Deer Valley has easy access to 70 miles of lift-served biking trails of all kinds. I truly enjoyed my day hikes and, in rare instances, being able to watch the incredibly talented off-road bikers. The next time I go, I'm planning on renting a bike! And if you're going with a family, or even as an adult, there are still other things to do in Deer Valley just a short distance away, like the Park City Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, the local farmer's market, and other attractions. I also really enjoyed the craft beers and fresh eats with mountain views scattered across various small towns in the valley. In short, what the Residences makes this place exceptional isn’t just the setting, though it’s undeniably beautiful. It’s the feeling that you’re being cared for by people who truly enjoy what they do and where they are. There’s a sense of generosity in both service and in spirit that elevates the entire experience. In any season, this lodge would be remarkable. But in the off-season, it reveals a more intimate, serene side that’s equally memorable. It’s a place I would return to without hesitation.

We came up for a weekend for Mother’s Day and had an amazing and relaxing time. We had help from Conner and Joe and a few other people (housekeepers and engineers who helped set a fire) were so friendly and helpful. Our house was luxurious and had every amenity you can imagine. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Where do I even begin? I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and Stein Eriksen Residences truly stands out as one of the best. The location is exceptional—close enough to Main Street for convenience, yet tucked away in Deer Valley with stunning views and a sense of privacy and exclusivity. It offers the perfect balance of accessibility, serenity, and luxury. The property itself feels fairly new, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well cared for. You can immediately tell that a great deal of thought, attention, and pride has gone into every detail. What made the stay even more memorable was the outstanding service. Joe and Nathalie were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful during check-in. They took the time to patiently walk me through the property, amenities, and everything the hotel has to offer, which made the arrival experience feel seamless and personal. Connor and Kyle were also fantastic and very generous in showing me around the property. This was an exceptional stay from start to finish, and I genuinely cannot wait to return—both in the summer and again during ski season.

We had the most exceptional stay at Stein Eriksen Lodge—truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly luxurious. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible team. Nathalie, Mane, Joe, Brady, David, and Evrol each went above and beyond in their own way. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made us feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. It’s rare to encounter such a consistently high level of service across so many team members. Every detail—from the ambiance to the service—was simply outstanding. This is a place that clearly takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences for its guests, and it shows. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to coming back. What a wonderful experience we had at the Stein Eriksen Residences! You can’t beat the location if you’re skiing Deer Valley, even when conditions are not the best. The room had enough space for us to spread out and feel comfortable. The pool and spa area are divine and much needed after a day on the slopes. Nathalie and Will in the front made us feel right at home, and Evroi the driver was very skilled and knowledgeable about the area. Little touches all around are what puts SER above the rest!

We just stayed one night, but everything was fantastic. We are Hilton diamond, and they provided a great upgrade to a giant corner unit with amazing views. The stay also included the breakfast buffet, which was nice, instead of the "credit" concept used at other hotels in the U.S. The rooms are extremely comfortable and stylish. Joe at the front desk was amazing, helping us with an early check in and impeccable service. The vibe is calm and quiet, and the hotel runs a shuttle so you can easily get to hiking or other parts of DV or PC. The only thing I'd suggest is more vegan options at breakfast. But otherwise, fantastic option for a luxury stay in Deer Valley.

We are local to the area and frequently dine here. We decided to stay for a weekend and my husband and I had an exceptional experience during our stay, and much of that was thanks to the outstanding hotel manager Nathalie and Marie. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were evident from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Chef Lester Lepiten (WOW) created a private lunch for us and he went above and the regular park city menus and curated such a decadent experience. True chef with passion. (Another rare thing to find in PC) Lets not forget Nathan he is such a great waiter. He actually does care and always goes out of his way. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, however the manager's and teams leadership and dedication made the experience truly memorable. Best views. Don't forget to get a 60 minute massage and swim in the indoor out door pool. It is rare to encounter such excellent customer service all around, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class stay. Beautiful and spacious and clean and peacefully quiet! We got upgraded to a bigger suite on arrival! Joe also booked my spa and brunch reservations which was really nice. We felt at home and cared for the entire time we stayed. We were planning on checking out all the hotels in Park City eventually but after this stay didn't want to go anywhere else
