Nice hotel calm only bed very smal

Good quality for the price charged. The hotel is rather noisy, which can happen. Although, what I find highly annoying is that the hotel did not take my complaint / request serious. After the first night, housekeeping made a lot of and in my opinion unnecessary noise in the room above me. They started to clean the room at nine with a vacuum cleaner that made a banging sound on the floor. Furthermore, walking sounded rather loud. I’ve asked at the reception if it was possible to either start later, or in a different room and if they would check-out the noise level themselves so they would know how it sounded. The next morning at eight, housekeeping was cleaning in front of my room and it was even louder than the day before. At the reception, I was told that the sound came from the neighbors. They did not believe that the noise was made by their own colleagues. Only when I told them I had seen it with my own eyes, the reluctantly seemed to believe me. They couldn’t do anything else than let housekeeping know there was a complaint, it was not up to them (?). I am addressing the hotel when I am talking to the reception and not a party that blames the other.

Great hotel perfect location to stay in Paris, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel is dated but clean, rooms are small but plenty of space for two people, room itself was great, bed was extremely comfortable, bath room dated but clean.

The night-shift gentleman is awesome! He went above and beyond every time we asked for anything.

We had just come off a stay at a location in London, which was fair at best and we were so thankful and pleasantly surprised at the far better accommodations, wonderfully helpful staff, clean and spacious beautiful room at this hotel. It was a fantastic location just one block away from the metro and several great dining options. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

The hotel staff were friendly, it’s a small hotel. The bedrooms are clean but a little tired. The breakfast is fine and the breakfast room is lovely. We stayed a couple of nights and it served its purpose.

The room is bigger than you would typically find in Paris city centre which was great. It was very clean and well presented. Bed was comfortable and the air con was ice cold. Great for a 3 star. The bathroom was a little tired/basic but again large and everything you could expect from a 3 star. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

This hotel is in a good area of Paris. The hotel is clean and has been renovated. There is air conditioning although it's not super strong. I found on some nights we were still feeling hot-the temperature in Paris was 30 celcuis when we were there. The staff were super nice and helpful when we asked questions.

Very quaint and clean hotel. The blond lady who greeted us upon arrival was so friendly, knowledgable and just fantastic. The rest of the staff was nice, but nothing like this lady. Our room was small, but clean with a huge bathroom. No real sitting area. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator is small, we were 3 people and could just fit in together, but fast. The complimentary breakfast was good. No hot foods like eggs or bacon, although you could soft boil an egg. The cold foods were a wide variety and delicious. Great restaurants on the nearby street. Safe area, walkable and some historic sights within walking distance. Overall it was a great hotel. Would stay there again and have already recommended to friends who are visiting Paris in the fall.
