巴黎住的還不錯的酒店，地段非常方便，就在nations地鐵站出站5分鐘地方，整體的服務也很好，有洗衣房，前台還可以寄存行李

Recepção muito atenciosa, nota 10. Apartamento perfeito, limpo, espaçoso, ótimo banheiro.
Ótima localização. Voltaria sempre para ele, quando for a Paris. Tudo perto. Transporte para todos os lugares próximo ao hotel.

Really wonderful stay, the pre preparation questions were very pointless as sent by the hotel, as we're not accommodated for what we asked for but it was ok and we had a pleasant stay :) staff were very friendly.

The hotel needs some upgrades,the bathroom mostly. Other wise it is just fine and convenient

First trip to Paris and after a lot of looking, decided on Citidines Austerlitz. We loved that there were "kitchen" amenities. Coffee drinks are complimentary which was excellent! The apartment was clean and we had one cleaning while there since we were over a 6 day stay. Washer and dryer were easy to use with the app required on our phone. Agree that some things could be updated in the bathroom but it was fine. the location is fabulous-quiet neighborhood, near to several Metro stops, grocery stores, cafes. a great vietnamese restaurant, Comptoir Vietnam is right next door. Most appreciated was the fabulous staff at the Citidines Austerliz. so warm, friendly, professional and very helpful! I wish I could remember all their names but those that worked from 23/10-01/11-----THANK YOU!! You made our trip the best and made Paris feel like home!

Very easy booking online. Close to transportation. Very friendly staff and management. Safe and comfortable. Convenient in and out. Strong wifi. Very good coffee facility. Beautiful yard. Clean cooking area with refrigerator (and dishwasher in some rooms). Good dish-wares. Very organized laundry facilities.
Very likely to come and stay again.

We stayed for a week at this property. It is well managed, clean, comfortable, quiet and well priced. Antony , who works the front desk, is a pro. He is quick to help and assist with any issues. He helped us wrap a large tray we purchased so we could get it flight ready. When I forgot my tablet at the hotel, he arranged to have it delivered to me. He is a star!

The counter staff have been very helpful. I was having issues with my next accommodation booking in another French city and they assisted me as I could not speak French and was new in town. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone coming to Paris. The place was highly accessible by metro and was near 2 supermarkets.

Well located, easy access to Metro lines, friendly and helpful reception staff.
No air conditioning could be a health/comfort issue. The fan just help a little.
