Hôtel Bersolys Saint-Germain

Perfect hotel in a great location! Travelled to Paris with my daughter for a week of sightseeing and relaxation. This hotel is fabulous! Lovely helpful staff, can’t do enough for you which makes everything so easy. The rooms are very nice, not huge but very nice decor ! On arrival we had a cold bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in our room which is a nice touch, we also had our own nespresso coffee machine and pods to use. Also a fresh bottle of water everyday. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was also excellent ! The hotel is only a 5 min walk to The Musee D’Orsay which is perfect …. Amazing collection, especially the impressionist paintings by Monet, Degas, Van Gogh and more…… short walk over the river to the Louvre and other attractions. Easy to get around either on foot or using the Batobus up and down the river. We had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend! Thankyou

This hotel is very well located for shops, museums, sights and is in a nice area. Staff is professional if not very personable or welcoming. There are no common areas for sitting. There is no bar or drink service which was inconvenient. The spa is a nice touch, but it is really only a jet bath. The water was just barely warm enough for me. We lugged our own baggage as there was no one to help. Hotel rooms in Paris are small but this one was extremely tiny. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed. We had to take turns walking around the bed because there was simply no room, and we are both thin people. The bed was quite comfortable but very short. I am 173 cm and my feet were almost hanging off the bed. The room was nicely decorated, though. The toilet is about 1 meter from the bed and the strange door offers absolutely no sound control or privacy. We did not take the breakfast because at 22 € each it was way too pricey. The location is very convenient but other than that I can’t recommend.

Although small, the hotel was able to accommodate our family of 6 with grace, professionalism, and style. The staff, cleanliness, service, food, all 5 Star! Thank you Hotel Vinci Due. We will be back!

Small condensed mini size hotel. Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller. Lack of privacy wile using the onsuite bathroom as everything is soo small. The hotel toilet was down an extremely steep swirling staircase (bordering dangerous was soo steep) amd the main hotel toilet was cabin sized ie the same space you get in an aircraft lavatory. For the price paid this was disappointing. The whole hotel lacked a chillout area and a space to relax or have a drink. That said the location was perfect.

Cozy and romantic - in two words summarizes how this place really is. Perfect for couples. Also the staff is nice, especially one gentelman who worked in the evenings - we enjoyed chatting with him. He was very helpful. The room had all we needed. You can order some packages, like welcome wine.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very well appointed with a friendly, courteous staff that is eager to assist. The rooms are small by Western standards, but that is to be expected in many European cities. That being said, they do plenty of little things to make the experience special. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was so lovely with beautiful linens and comfy bed. It is small but the room is but very well laid out The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

The superior rooms are clean but very very small. We’re a slim couple in our fifties and you honestly couldn’t easily manoeuvre around the bed to get to the bathroom The bathroom is tiny and very awkward to move around in. The staff were very pleasant but not that useful so when we asked for some soap for the sink they didn’t bring us any. We asked for milk for the tea provided. They didn’t bring us any. The lift is so small only one person fits in and it is very temperamental. OK so it’s a great area of Paris, but the prices for this room and the hotel service are taking the mickey. We won’t be coming back. Love Paris. This place let us down.

Very nice hotel, good located BUT rooms are very very small and bathroom also. No space for the suitcase But coffeemaker and water on the room, also Save and minibar On arrival a bottle of Prosecco on the room
