Hôtel Parc Saint-Séverin - Esprit de France

I seldom bother to write reviews unless it's really good or really bad. In this case, Hotel Parc Saint-Séverin is just excellent. I decided to book this hotel because it has a very good review, its overall points were in the top 3 for the area. After 3 days staying here, I'm confident to tell you all, the good reviews are all true. This hotel has great location and great service, every person I met in the hotel was friendly and helpful at all times, lots of polite greetings and smiling faces every day! It's the one thing I really appreciate, for me it's the most important factor that made this stay so satisfactory. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I'm just very sorry that I'm too poor to leave a big tip behind, but I will come back soon.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Each person we dealt with was exceptional in answering simple and complex questions and offering suggestions. For example, we were informed of a pending rail strike and ways to avoid delays without asking. The location is very good near Notre Dame. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny with a "deep tub shower" (which I think are dangerous). We would stay at Hotel Parc Saint Severin on our next Paris stop.

Very helpful staff and a great location. Breakfast was underwhelming but it is a small hotel so understandable. Room was compact but a bit shabby and I liked there efforts to be eco- minded.

Really disappointed in this hotel and in **********. This is NOT a four-star hotel. We booked a room with a king bed. The room was extremely small (expected in Paris) but the bed was a full-size/double bed. The concierge insisted that there was a "bug" with my booking and I actually received a queen room, and that my double bed was a "french queen." They did not offer to make me whole in any way, and the best ********** would do for the false advertising was send a $20 coupon (for an $830+ 3 night stay). The room was in poor condition, with peeling paint in the bathroom. On the third night when we were packing up to leave, I checked under the bed and found a rotting pear that had apparently been there since before our stay. The service at the hotel was fine, but not four stars. Breakfast is not included and is $22 euro per person. The location was very good in the heart of the Latin quarter, but be warned it's beside an historic church with very loud bells. The windows did not keep out much of the street noise.

The staff was very nice. One of their staff Mr. Amir was the best. I have never seen such nice staff member in hospitality. He made the stay of our group of friends very memorable by providing the best service one can ask for. When our whole group will be back after our daily excursion, he will provide us complimentary, tea, wine, cakes and so many goodies. However, very disappointed with the cleanliness, the towels that we left all the floor that need to changed were just picked up from floor, folded and kept back on racks and it was not in one room but happened with 2 other rooms in our friends group. We could find this as the my wife dropped drop of eyeliner and wife and it was still there in the new towels.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in a room with a terrace. The staff was exceptional and provided great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood that we wouldn’t have ended up at otherwise. The room was spacious with modern furnishings. All around a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience at this boutique hotel. The room was very clean and an updated bathroom - great shower! The service and staff were excellent and top notch. Sebastian and Caroline were exceptional - attentive, friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Location is very good - in the heart of the Latin district. Busy area but was quiet at night. Definitely would stay here again!

Staffbwas excellent. A/C didn't work during a hot day. Check in waa a little later than advertised inbthwir website.
