I left it here because the e-mail address was wrong.
This is Kim, who stayed here from March 14th to 16th. I'm contacting you about the deposit. If there is no problem with the room, can you cancel the payment directly? I was told by the credit card company that I would not be able to receive the deposit again, so I had to ask the hotel to cancel the payment directly.

Great little hotel with excellent location. Close to the metro and within walking distance from trocadero and many restaurants, whilst still being in a quiet area. Room and bathroom was small but i don’t expect anything else from a lower cost European city hotel. I felt we paid a lot for what we got though.

The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay in Paris. The location near Trocadero Square made it a perfect spot to walk from the hotel for viewing the Eiffel Tower. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants as well! The room itself was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this for a stay in Paris.

The room was well kept and clean. The access to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero area were within walking distance. But most of all the staff was friendly and very helpful from beginning to end. We enjoyed our stay!

Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Location is excellent, very close to Eiffel tower and shops. Breakfast is filling.
Cons that I can mention though it may not be correctable due to the age of the building are sound-proofing (you can hear the adjacent room conversing and doing their personal stuff) and rooms/elevator being tiny (though real-estate in the heart of Paris is limited). 3-night stay is just fine for me and my wife, more than that I could consider a more spacious room somewhere.
