I had the problem with the water at the shower, that did not warm up. The city was very cold at the day.

Maison Armance is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. It is located in the heart of Paris, right next to the Place Concorde, Place Vendome, Madeleine and Opéra. You enter a grand green door where you will find what makes Paris so pretty: a beautiful "Haussmann" building. Reception is on the 6th floor with a lift. Rooms are spread between the 3rd and the 5th floor. Check-in was very easy, we were greeted by lovely staff, warm, kind and efficient. We booked the communicating rooms which were simply stunning. Cleaned, modern, comfortable, and just perfect for our stay. Very well decorated, plenty of amenities, tall French windows, excellent equipment. Breakfast the next day was delicious. You will find scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, French cheese, yoghourts, fresh fruits, fresh bread, pastries, etc. Check-out again was very easy and smooth. The staff is always smiling, willing to help and incredibly professional. I cannot wait to return to Paris and stay at Maison Armance. Thank you for everything.

A real gem of a hotel in the best location just off Rue de Rivoli and a 2min walk to the metro. All staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. We booked the Suite Concorde which was perfect for 3. Loved the serene classy decor, complimentary water daily and bottle of wine on arrival, these little touches just add to the overall amazing experience. I would definitely stay here again, no point looking elsewhere it’s just perfectly perfect!

If the idea of staying in a private home in Paris appeals to you, with friendly and efficient staff attending to your needs, and if you prefer to avoid big, impersonal hotels while still being close to the city center, then Maison Armance is your ideal choice. Located just a block from Dior in one direction and the Tuileries in another, this charming hotel offers tranquil rooms in soothing duck egg blue on floors 4 and 5, accessed via a quaint two-person lift. Tucked away through a carriageway into a courtyard, Maison Armance features a rooftop reception and breakfast area on the 6th floor. Room service is provided by the excellent restaurant across the street, Les Flottes. Formerly the home of Stendhal, the staff can even lend you a copy of his novel. Enough said?

Had such a great experience first time staying at Maison Armance. I came in from a super early travel day (had to be up at 3am to catch a 6am flight) and they were kind enough to let me access the room early which I am extremely grateful. I was delirious by the time I arrived and would have had to nap at the restaurant across the street or in the park. Also, room is great, bathroom is big, AC works great. I got a third-floor room facing the entrance courtyard, but it was quiet. I did hear my neighbor upstairs slamming their door and dropping things though. Also, the location is perfect. The subway is minutes away walking! And after 1 day, I realized there is an exit across the street! Big difference for at the end of the day when you have been walking for miles. Would totally stay here again and can fully recommend without hesitation.

It was nice stay at Paris. Location is very close to metro station and the staffs at reception are always kind and helpful. Elevator was bit tiny but no problem. We would like to return here soon.

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend and I was impressed by it's location and luxury. The entire hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I look forward to coming back.
