The location of the hotel, the rooms, receptionists and other staff were also very good. We will choose this hotel again when we come to Paris again.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It was walking distance to the department store, station and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay at the hotel

The older lady at the reception when we checked in had a bit of a condescending attitude and gave us a room way in the back opposite of a room that was undergoing construction and it had a very bad wet carpet smell that was so strong it gave us a headache. We complained and requested twice if they could give us another room if there’s one available only then, another staff let us move to another room which had no smell.
The staff could be friendlier. I’m not sure if some of them were a bit racist. The location is good. The hotel is undergoing constructions with remodeling so there wasn’t any good views but that’s understandable. The lady sending us to the room with the very bad wet carpet smell though, I didn’t appreciate that.

It was a clean and spacious room, the metro station was just outside from the hotel which is very convenient when travelling with kids .
