My husband and I stayed at Hotel Astra Opera for 5 days in April 2024. We loved this hotel! The hotel is centrally located and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Our room on the 5th floor was really nice, too. There is a large room off the lobby where they served breakfast in the morning (we did not opt for breakfast here) but in the afternoons, the room had free treats like donuts, cookies or brownies and non-alcoholic drinks. It was such a nice touch! After touring all day, we’d come home to the hotel and grab a little snack. There is a small pool a floor or two below the lobby; a nice setup with lounge chairs. There is also a sauna and fitness center (neither of which we used). I highly recommend Hotel Astra Opera!

I have been to this hotel several times for more than 20 years, when it was a Best Western, now renovated it is even much better, it is very well located, it has always had a reasonable price for quite acceptable rooms with bathroom and cleanliness, a fabulous and diverse buffet breakfast, very good service and attention in general, mainly and as has always been the case on recent previous occasions by Mr. Massi and the rest of the team, now also by the fantastic Magali, Lucie, Anthony and Paul, as well as the night receptionists, all the staff in general such as Aleen, all the cleaning and maintenance team, and especially the restaurant such as Angela, Emad, Lynnette etc. I also appreciate the attention of the staff at the Astotour, I could recommend selecting any of these hotels, whether for its price, location or characteristics ofrered, everything will depend on each person's interests and budget. Congratulations to the company for the excellent selection and training of personnel.

Everything from the staff to the amenities was excellent! Anthony at the front desk was particularly helpful! I highly recommend Hotel Astotel Opéra! I was traveling with my young adult daughter at the end of her semester abroad and we planned to continue traveling in France. Well, she was very homesick and then sick, sick. The hotel was so kind to allow us to leave a day early with a refund for that night! They went above and beyond!

Perfect location! Very clean and comfortable! Very suitable for families with kids. Most attentive and friendly service. Complimentary lounge area with soft drinks and snacks impressed our kids directly. We could leave our luggage before check in and after check out. When we came to our room we were surprised by a bottle of Lanson champagne, candies and macarons! Thank you for an excellent stay!

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel during a 5-night trip to Paris for her Spring break, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is new, everything is sparkling clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. We loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings. The location is really convenient, just steps from several major subway lines, Opera, restaurants, shopping, and walking distance from several major landmarks. Free water and soft drinks in the minibar and the "soft open bar" after 2pm every day (with water, soda, juices, and snacks) were also very nice touches, we really appreciated them when we came back after a day of sightseeing.

It is a lovely hotel and ideally located. A few points to note: * Very clean and tidy * Very polite and helpful staff * Lovely clean ample resident space with free drinks and coffee * Various themed floors which give a quirk but fresh feel. * Rooms are good and no sound from street * Ideally located by various metro stations * Head just down the road to Printemps and head to the top floor for an amazing view of pairs * Very good breakfast * Lovely pool and fitness room. I took my wife for her 50th birthday, and she cannot wait to stay again. Merci pour cette expérience merveilleuse et j'ai hâte de revenir vous rendre visite!

I loved this hotel! Amazing location, beautiful lobby, wonderful happy hours, and management was so kind and upgraded our room and gave me a gift for my birthday. They were so helpful and went above and beyond! They had a perfect crib for our baby as well. Definitely recommend!

I loved the pool very much, the sauna is to die for, no literally someone died in there lol! I want to thank the staff for being so communicative about how much they hate me, its a great thing to wake up to in the morning. The food was very good, and the kitchen staff would do a performance ritual, where theyd lick the plates clean in front of us Great times!

We were warmly greeted by the attentive hotel staff, whose genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. Check-in was seamless and the room was impeccably clean with a sumptuous king-size bed. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Paris. What also sets this hotel apart, is its offering of afternoon refreshments in all the hotels within the group across Paris. We will certainly be back.
