Owner is a scammer. It’s not clean at all. They don’t even change the sheets between stays. It was disgusting and the owner is very disrespectful and rude towards customers. ********** weren't any help either. They still made us pay the entire rate even though we left as the room was gross

Perfect hotel! Not only was it very clean (every day the staff cleaned our room!), but I always felt safe and comfortable. The staff was very good. They were attentive, kind and always helpful. I would be happy to stay there for every visit to Paris.

This was like a mom n pop place. When I went there the place was not clean and no toilet paper. I was locked out of the hotel in the morning. More like a hostel instead of a hotel

I moved to this hotel to be close to the Gare de Lyon. I chose an extremely budget option since this was not a planned stay - last minute mixup. So I was prepared to take the smallest cheapest room - only staying one night. When I got to the hotel about 9am, the concierge was happy to store my luggage for me while I went out exploring. When I got back, she had upgraded me to a bigger, nicer room. They were very accomodating. This is not a fancy hotel, but the service ( and the mattress) were just fine.

In an interesting area, this was over-priced on our visit (due to a sporting event in town) but, ignoring price, the room was clean, reasonably spacious, comfortable beds, and looks newly-renovated - bright light furniture and wood effect flooring. Staff variable in presentation, the front desk on our arrival was welcoming, the night manager a tad grumpy and the desk on departure somewhere in the middle. In summary - at the right price I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

A fuir d'urgence ! Pour 1 nuit on a été facturé 2 nuits. L’explication que la personne ne maitrise pas le logiciel mais c’est comme ça alors qu’on a fait le chek out le lendemain de la première nuit. On nous explique qu’on ne peut rien faire. C’est du vol. Il y a la mauvaise foi manifeste. Inadmissible

A fuir de toute urgence! Pour 2 nuits à 159 euros j'ai été débité 159 + 159 + 79,5 !! et aucune réponse à mes mails !!! L'erreur est humaine mais là s'y ajoute une mauvaise foi manifeste. Je suis toujours en quête de récupérer mon argent . Inadmissible

Chambre simple et propre, très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits seulement. Petit bémol : la salle de bain contenait qu’une serviette de douche alors que nous avions réservé pour 2… Mais sinon c’est un hôtel sympathique et extrêmement ent bien situé à 10min à pieds de la Gare de Lyon !
