Located on the 5th floor of an Hausmannian building in one of Paris most desirable areas a few steps from Paris most beautiful Parc 10 seconds walk from Monceau tube station, about 15 minutes’ walk to the Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, The Presidential Palace and the Opera Garnier. This suite flat has been entirely refurbished to the highest standards. //THE SPACE • The flats boast 3 large windows with skyview giving it exceptional light throughout • The living area is designed to relax, watch TV or read a book from our library which mostly contains modern art reading. • The kitchen area is fully equipped with high end appliances including dishwasher and washer-dryer. • The bedroom area can be separated from the living area with remote-controlled blinds.
