Hotel Royal Bergere

The hotel is in a great location and surrounded by great shops and restaurant. Our room has the window to the street and has a great view. Room is kept clean and the staff are very friendly. Will return.

Merece la pena gastar mas, ya sean 100/200€ de mas en cualquier otro hotel. 3*** que no se ven por ningún sitio. En cuanto entras el olor a viejo es notable. Leí varios comentarios negativos antes de la reserva pero quise darle una oportunidad creyendo que serian exageraciones pero no, para nada eran exageraciones. Lo primero que hice tras ver la moqueta azul llena de manchas es mirar bajo la cama, debajo de la cama habia suciedad y un pañuelo que a saber desde cuando lleva ahí. Unas almohadas planas que al pedir otra en recepción el señor mayor nos dio un cojin (no almohada). Nos sirvio porque estuvimos fuera del hotel practicamente todo el día y solo para dormir como se podia (ruidos por el bar de enfrente durante toda la noche) y la incomodidad de la suciedad. El baño sucio encima del secador de pelo una capa de suciedad que llevaba ahi mucho tiempo. El desayuno merece la pena hacerlo fuera del hotel. Caro para lo que te ponen, pastas, pan, tostadas duras, cafe de maquina, zumo... Las instalaciones viajas y sin mantenimiento o mantenimiento escaso. En la misma calle hay hoteles de 3* que no tienen nada que ver con el aspecto de este. No repetiria ni se lo recomendaria a nadie. Es preferible pagar mas.

Really convenient pricewise. The receptionists were communicative and polite. The rooms small but cozy. The area was full of restaurants and bars and had a metro station closeby

The beds in the room were very old and the mattress was badly broken. Thr springs dug into my back all night and i had one of the worse nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel. The shower was very badly designed so it was difficult to use.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s in a central area of Paris and a lively and interesting neighborhood. The street it is on looked a little run down, as if it has seen better days. Some of the shops and restaurants were closed and boarded up. But, it’s close to A LOT of interesting things that are quintessentially Paris. While the hotel itself offers good amenities, a comfortable bed, a shower and tub, and is quiet from within, I did notice the sound of a lot of truck traffic in the mornings, around 5am. I had a room on level 5 (6th floor) facing the street. This noise was caused by the trash collectors picking up trash. While not unbearable or unusual, I would have appreciated sleeping in a little later. I was able to sleep better as I became more accustomed to the sounds of the neighborhood.

The location of the property was great. The area is lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accomodation was small and not suitable for 3 people/ you could barely fit in the shower/ it was very misrepresented in the booking app. The room appeared dirty. It is not a 3 star- it barely skims a 2 star- it was the last hotel of a 5 week stay and it was the worse- I stayed in 2 star hotels which were bigger, better and cleaner. There were other 3 star hotels on the same street and even the entrances looked better, and they were cheaper. The front of the hotel looked old and dilapidated. So very disappointed.
