The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

我覺得挺好的，不明白為什麼會有那麼多人差評～酒店設施，位置都不錯的，工作人員也很友好（我是可以用流利英語溝通，如果衹講中文我不能確定酒店可以提供周到的服務）

The hotel services is appalling. The door handle for the bathroom was broken and left on the side. So there was no door handle on the bathroom door. I tried to call front desk and housekeeping from the bedroom phone and they wouldn't answer. I got through to the concierge and requested someone cone fix it tomorrow as I checked it quote late and wanted to goto sleep. No one came to fix the broke. Door handle during the stay which meant I couldn't close the bathroom door. Also ran our of amenities which were never full in the 1st place. They did not refill this.
I ordered a take away and asked fir a set of plates and cutlery. They said they would bring it up for me. They called me back and said I need to go collect them myself from the restaurant. I had a broken leg and was on crutches so I couldn't physically hold these plates and cutlery myself. I had to get my child to it. They wasn't any sense of welcoming or personality. This has put me off staying with novotel again.
Location was 15min walk from eiffel tower. There is a shopping centre and food round the corner which is a 2min walk.

The hotel from outside look old but inside is ok and the room is big compare other hotel. It about 15min walk to Eiffel Tower and metro station. It very convenient to walk around . The disadvantage is the toilet don’t have basin for wash hand , only have one basin at shower room.

前台全是黑人 嚇人得不行打雷房間有燒焦味怕起火沒有熱水 空調也沒用 感覺像評價旅館 酒店態度極其惡劣 不知道是法國政府的新法律還是什麼法國工作崗位上全是黑人 這個酒店去了就是大冤種 住過最垃圾的雅心連鎖很難有之一

酒店很不錯，離埃菲爾鐵塔幾步路，酒店出門就可以看見埃菲爾鐵塔了，效果很不錯。就在巴黎的市中心區域，效果很好。

勝在離鐵塔很近，不過房間是看不到的，窗户雖然大但是不能打開，吹風機是像吸塵器那種一根管子，還壞掉了……總體來説很乾凈，環境也很好，不過感覺性價比不是那麼高
