Dit is een heel oud hotel, er zijn geen toiletartikelen aanwezig, de geluidsisolatie van de kamer is niet goed, het bed is erg oncomfortabel om op te slapen omdat er geen matras is, en de schoonmakers komen zonder toestemming de kamer binnen en verplaatsen de spullen van de gasten naar believen.

Het toilet voelt een beetje stinkend aan, de geluidsisolatie is niet bijzonder goed en de apparatuur is oud, maar qua kostenprestaties zou het beter zijn als het een beetje schoner was. De locatie is ongeveer 5-10 minuten lopen van het station.

The hotel is close to Gare de l’Est. It’s not far from all the main attraction areas. The check-in time is 3 pm and no one is allowed to check in early. When I came back at 3 pm, there was no one at the reception, and I had to wait for more than 30 mins. The first wifi code they gave me was wrong. The second one was correct, but it was very slow. The main entrance was locked after midnight. I had to ring the bell twice to wake the person who was supposed to be on night shift. The breakfast was cheap at least, just 12 euros.

Overall a reliable stay when in Paris. With a Metro Station, various restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance you've got everything you need close by. Staff were kind and room was cleaned daily. There aren't any no cleaning signs to hand on your door, so you will have to request that they dont clean your room at the front desk. Despite many reviews I had read before booking, our room was clean and had almost no faults at all, apart from the fact the toilet flushed a bit weird.
Overall a good stay if you're not looking to spend a fortune whilst visiting paris.

I enjoyed a pleasant stay in the Belta hotel with nice behavior from reception gentlemen and well clean room. It is located in walking distance from two metro stations and the gare d’est railway station.

This is very convenient Belta, excellent location, good service and friendly. If they will be enlarged the room, that will be great. Overall, it's value to money

You will be welcomed by a very friendly hotel manager who gives you nice tips (wich restaurants, cafés, ...) about the region of the hotel.
The room was very well maintained and clean. Our sheets were changed even if we only stayed for two nights.
The bathroom is tidy, but you can take a bath after a busy day.
The metrolines are a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Gare du Nord is only a 15 minute walk, If you come by train (Thalys).
Overall, a great experience!

My mom and I stayed here for a week in May, 2022. Gérald, who was at the front desk the majority of the time, was warm, friendly, and very accommodating! He was patient with my broken french and was very attentive to our needs. The location of this hotel is superb, right along the Canal St. Martin, which is a happening spot with lots of young people milling about. This hotel is perfect for one or two people - not luxurious, but who needs that, really? We had a great time, and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you, Belta!
