Все сподобалось. Готель знаходиться в дуже зручному місці, всі найголовніші памʼятки поруч. Персонал гарний, швидко допомогли при заселені, обов’язково ще повернемось!

Dit hotelletje geboekt wegens de goeie ligging en direct bij het hotel geboekt . Let op bij het inchecken , men probeerde het ontbijt erbij te voegen wat reeds bij de prijs gerekend was , dus altijd je dubbel van de boeking bijhouden ook vermoedelijk geen junior suite gekregen die gevraagd was . Helaas zijn alle kamer klein dus goed navragen welke kamer je krijgt . Deze is heel net goed bed en mooie badkamer ; wel slechts 1 stoel op de kamer en een heel kleine schrijftafel en een wat oudere tv. Veel wordt goedgemaakt door de ligging en op enkele 100den meters is een ondergrondse parking.

Very comfortable and a great location. The reception and all the staff are very kind and welcoming. I have stayed here several times, and Rue Montorgueil is a buzzing street with great shops! Close to the Louvre and Chatelet Les Halles and many other places. Thank you very much. I look forward to my next visit.

I have paid over E1000 and am sleeping on an uncomfortable trundle. We arrived at 4.30pm, neither room ready (2pm check-in) - but insisted on full payment. We booked in March and booked the recommended inter-connecting rooms for our family of 5 (children 12, 10 and 4). When we got access to rooms after 5pm, they are not joined. So my wife and I cannot sleep in the same bed and need to split across rooms - me on trundle booked for the 4 year old. Manager said he could do nothing as fully booked. In second complaint we were offered breakfast. We have stayed twice before and know breakfast is a basic coffee and croissant. Don’t stay here.

The staff and management were charming and genuinely helpful with expert knowledge and recommendations.
The hotel facilities and decor are rich and comforting.

Wallpaper is torn, carpet is worn through, bathroom lock was broken, insects on the floor, carpet was stained, lots of nude art that isn’t very family friendly, and we were locked out of the room repeatedly because the door was broken. Staff was somewhat responsive, but we had to ask for help several times before they would come upstairs to help with the door. The towels were frayed and had holes in them. When I asked at check out about the issues, there was no apology. They ignored my concerns. I emailed the manager to ask for help, they ignored me as well. I’ve truly never seen anything like this place being called a four star hotel. It’s baffling. Did I mention the funky smell? The location is good, but others are correct that it is very loud.

Don’t stay here. I never write a review but I don’t think anyone should stay here. Why?
#1. Overpriced rooms ($2046 Euros for 4 nights).
#2. Terrible beds (the mattress is very firm and dusty). We couldn’t sleep at all.
#3. The extra bed or “twin” bed is a foldable bed with a very thin mattress).
#4. The rooms are Extremely hot and dark. There is no air conditioning. However, they advertise it.
#5. Electric problems (difficult to charge cellphones and other devices).
#6. An old TV (1980’s).
#7. Inconvenient shower (the shower head and drop elbow is close to the wall).
#8. They didn’t let me cancel my booking for the last 2 days.
#9. Noisy.
