The staff at the front desk were exceptionally nice and very courteous. Knowing that we don't speak French would even speak English to us. The attitude is so kind that every day we saw it was particularly healing. The room is cleaned on time, and every day when we went out to play, the room was clean.

개선문에서 가까워서 지하펄 1호선을 타면 바로 갈 수 있어요. 영어가 잘 통해서 문제는 없었고. 룸이 작은 것이 흠이에요. 깨끗했어요
2인 여행이라면 추천하지는 않고요. 1인 여행이라면 괜찮습니다. 식사는 그럭저럭 먹을 만 합니다

First and foremost the receptionist was very rude, it was my first time ever in Paris and for my first interaction it was not great at all. 2nd; we had to turn in our room key every time we decided to leave the hotel. I did not feel safe knowing I had to inform them every time I decided to leave. For what reason should they be aware of what I am doing ? 3rd the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Had left over hairs on them and felt like they haven’t been washed in a while. Photos online are ABSOLUTELY deceiving and I would not recommend this place to worst enemy. It was so bad I left the hotel immediately and never wish to return.

The rooms are a bit small but when you have a room with balcony -- fantastic! Super clean -- I loved it & didn't want to go home! Will definitely recommend to friends, family, everyone!

The hotel was cozy and the room compact but nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful, including 24-hour front desk! The complimentary breakfast was excellent. And you can't beat the location 1 block from the Arc de Triomphe

Great hotel in excellent location! Room is small but clean, every day room service. We really enjoyed our stay, cant say anything but breakfast, but plenty supermarkets and cafes near by. Will definitely recommend Stella!

I know I would come back again. Staff specifically the Desk are nice, helpful, friendly, and available.
There’s the Metro a few steps away. Great eating places like cafés, bistros, restaurants around the area. Just a stone away from iconic tourist spots-Eiffel, Trocadero, Kleber, etc..
