The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The pillows were old and the inside material was shredded and barely formed a pillow. There were ants in the bathroom and dirt throughout the room. There was also dirt and grime on the walls. There’s a good chance I got food poisoning from the breakfast, and was sick for the duration of my trip. The only upside was that the staff were friendly. We stayed during Carnival, so the rate was marked up high around $180 USD, so I’m confused how at this price they aren’t able to provide clean sheets and new pillows.

Quarto com paredes mofadas, banheiro velho, precisa de reforma urgente . Fui com a família e não ficamos pois o piso estava escorregadio, chamamos a moça da limpeza e não conseguiu resolver, fomos para outro hotel.

Excelente pousada, quartos novos, recém reformados, pequenos, mais atende bem, café da manhã excepcional, funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos, localização excelente, próxima do centro histórico e também comercial de Paraty.

Instalações muito ruins, falta de toalhas de rosto e piso, e as de banho encardidas, o lençol mal cobria o colchão. No site aparece que os quartos tem secador de cabelo, mas o secador fica recepção e é comunitário. Café da manhã ok, e funcionários muito prestativos.

Espaço bom, quartos amplos, porém deixa muito a desejar. Estive em Paraty na pousada Villa del Sol por 6 dias. Inicialmente recebi o quarto 402, muito ruim, abafado e com os misturadores de água do chuveiro sem funcionar. Solicitei a troca do quarto e fui para o 207. Posso assegurar que a Pousada e bem localizada, a cerca de 1 KM do centro histórico, mas falta cuidado em vários detalhes . Os quartos são amplos, mas a roupa de cama e os travesseiros são precários. A responsável pela limpeza do quarto, não repôs em pelo menos 3 vezes a toalha de rosto e nem o tapete do chão, falta cuidado. As ferragens do box rajem quando se abre ou fecha. O café da manhã e bom, com reposição, e o Lucas e as meninas desta área sempre dispostas a transformar sua estada em uma experiência legal. Acredito que resolveram investir no externo e abandonaram o interno, porque pequenas alterações transformariam tudo, e a pousada tranquilamente sairia de razoável para boa.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, localização boa e área externa completa, piscina e hidro, para quem gosta de usar. Nosso quarto foi o 212, quarto simples mas custou 567,04 o dia (3 diárias 1701,12) e não justifica a falta de respeito e pouco caso com nossa hospedagem.
Basculante e rejuntes do banheiro mofados, chuveiro pinga pinga, chão sujo com pentelhos, tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, porta do banheiro não fecha e enterra, não tem um tapete no chão do banheiro e na entrada, quarto com cheiro muito forte de verniz, ar condicionado MUITO BARULHENTO e localização do quarto ao lado do refeitório (dormir até mais tarde sem chances). Tudo de ruim que poderia receber foi entregue da melhor maneira. Quarteirão ficou sem energia por mais de 12hs e luz de emergência dentro da pousada somente recepção e bar, resto somente com nossos celulares até acabar a bateria. Nunca fiquei tão desconfortável em uma hospedagem como na pousada Villa del sol.
