Absolutely loved my room! It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Simple but elegant. Comfy but luxurious. Felt so pampered the moment I enter my room. I appreciated the Acca Kappa toiletries, the daily complimentary sweets, the sturdy and comfortable bedroom slippers, crisp white linen and sheets.The breakfast spread at Fresh was oh so scrumptious! Staff were courteous and accommodating. Always ready to assist when needed. Also enjoyed the very well equipped gym and the relaxing spa. It was just a bit of a long walk to the pool from my room, and a tad too over crowded to fully enjoy - too many children screaming and running around! I guess because it's the holidays so a lot of families were out on vacation. I will need to come back on a non-peak season.

Goede nachtelijke verblijf. Bed was goed, de kamer was schoon en alleen de juiste grootte, het uitzicht was op de Manila Bay. Ze stopten met het geven van plastic voorzieningen (shampoo, zeep, enz.) en hebben de distributeurs al die helpen plastic afval te verminderen. De druk op het water in de wc en de douche is goed. In de kamer was ook goed, ze waren druk tijdens het ontbijt dat normaal is en het eten bereikte ons na 45 minuten. De dakbar is geprobeerd en er was een ruime keuze aan drankjes, het uitzicht was ontspannen en de lucht was koel gisteravond. Een zeer comfortabele wandeling van de 4e verdieping van het hotel naar de Ayala Mall Manila Bay. Alle personeelsleden waren vriendelijk en vriendelijk en zeiden ons welkom als we ze langs de hal zien.   Het zou beter geweest zijn als ze tenminste tot 1 uur laat check-out zouden hebben toegestaan.

Spacious and clean however the location is not quite good if you like to go around the metro like moa or Ayala mall, they do provide shuttle but I had a bad experience with their shuttle for going back to the hotel, waited an hour in the waiting area at Ayala mall said the shuttle been there for pick but I really never saw it, then they did nothing about it. I was in the exact location for pick up. Anyways I tried to book near to the metro next time. But this one have competitive price for an overnight stay.!

The location is about 15 mins driving from The airport T1. Easy to find by taking a Carb taxi. The room size is quite big. We didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool because It was raining. Some fast food stores are close to the hotel location.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

Een echt uitzonderlijke verblijf ervaring! Van het moment dat we boeken, was de gastheer Guodong vriendelijk en gaf duidelijke, handige instructies. Het appartement zelf was een haven stijlvol, rustig, en zo comfortabel. Het voelde als een huis weg van huis. We hebben geweldig geslapen en liefde voor de slaapkamer en de woonkamer 'die natuurlijk licht geeft. Hoe aanbevolen als u op zoek bent naar kwaliteit en geweldige gastvrijheid! We blijven hier op onze volgende reis.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Genoeg ruimte voor alleen of paarden. Eerlijk controleren is een beetje onrust. Ik wou dat dit alles in de reclame werd uitgelegd. Alleen in Azure met de auto de bewakers zouden ons niet laten binnenkomen zonder een QR-code die we niet hebben gegeven. Host vereist foto's van onze ID's voordat we kunnen binnenkomen. Dan moet de ID worden achtergelaten als ontvangst voor check-in. Hiervoor is weer QR-code nodig. Het zou niet leuk zijn om al deze informatie vooraf of tenminste bericht van de host direct na boeking bevestiging te kennen. Gelukkig was de receptie niet zo druk toen we incheckten. Inchecken op de weekends zou een nachtmerrie zijn! Veel mensen hebben gezien die buiten moeten zitten tijdens dit proces. De plek was in orde, maar het eerste wat ik zag toen ik door de voordeur ging was een klootzak val. Tijdens onze verblijf zagen we genoeg! De hangoutspot was op de koelkast! Zelfs vond ik een paar rotsen in de koelkast. Het was niet de eerste nacht dat het warm water werkte. Ze hebben onderhoud en het probleem is opgelost. Wees op de hoogte is er een kosten om de zwembaden op de site te gebruiken. Gezondheidsclub is alleen toegankelijk voor niet-gezelschapsbewoners. De gastheer vertelde me dat ze de plaag hadden gecontroleerd, maar moesten stoppen toen ik de plek huurde. Ik werd een andere kamer aangeboden die iets beter was, maar het warme water constant Ik moest de schakelaar elke keer in de fusiebox steken. De douche werd gebroken en viel op mijn hoofd toen ik het voor het eerst gebruikte.

We're rating the cleanliness on average only since we saw big cockroaches inside the room. Also please clean your bathroom including the door. Your sofa has stains too, much better to change it or dry clean. Also put deodorizer or air freshener inside the room, especially on 2 days booking. We're not uploading photos for privacy, since you've good service naman. That's all.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
