Atendimento bom, quarto bom, com alguns probleminhas: vazamento no box e controle do ar condicionado não funcionando.
Tive problemas com o pagamento da diária que já havia sido debitada pelo Trip.com e foi cobrada novamente no Hotel com a promessa de estorno do pagamento pelo app. O estorno não aconteceu e tive um calvário até conseguir o reembolso, nenhuma atenção do Hotel Camboa que só entrou em contato uma vez pedindo telefone e não se deu ao trabalho de responder ou se posicionar por e-mail onde estavam sendo realizadas as tratativas. Decepcionada com o atendimento para resolver a cobrança em duplicidade ( uma semana depois recebi o estorno).

This used to be the best hotel in town but it was neglected for too long.

Hotel muito bom, piscina excelente, tanto a quente como a fria. Recepção muito pro-ativa. Refeição de excelente categoria e café da manha muito bom. Estacionamento amplo e seguro, mesmo chegando de madrugada. Atendentes bilingues sempre prontos.

Hotel bom, ótimo quarto, café da manhã comum, sem nenhuma novidade, piscinas são ótimas, localização maravilhosa, estacionamento amplo, área de fumante definida , respeito a quem fuma e quem não, atendimento cordial, recepção com simpatia ali fora,no balcão também foram cordiais, aceita quantas diárias você precisa, vou direto a Paranaguá e fico 1 diária sem problemas, não impõe pacotes de final de semana, maravilhoso.

Hotel velho e mal conservado. Café da manhã simples. As camas são velhas e desconfortáveis. Leve o seu travesseiro, porque cobram por usar um travesseiro extra. Os travesseiros do hotel são tão finos quanto uma fronha.
