The food is really bad, also we got intoxicated. The hotel said that they will take care and give a solution but never did. We lost one night and day. All the restaurants have very bad quality of food and expensive, it's like bad fast food. The people in reception and lobby are the worst, specially in the check out, they attacked me and try to hit me. The manager didn't do something. Only problems. Please avoid to go

超值的酒店，巴哈馬最漂亮，不容反駁，氣派。全家人度假好地方，孩子超級喜歡巴哈馬的沙灘，也不會太熱，推薦。

種族歧視嚴重。如果不想找不痛快 不要住這個酒店。我們住了五晚 後悔死了。完全沒有度假的心情了。服務很差 沒有工作人員在意客人的感受。

酒店環境好，設施稍顯陳舊但也不錯，但是服務太差，或許他們一直就這樣。
在幾個酒店之間有穿梭巴士可以免費乘坐，但是最好要問下方向。
價格不含早餐、沒有飲用瓶裝水、沒有拖鞋，除了房間清掃就沒有啥其它客房服務項目。
酒店還記錯賬單以及亂收費，好在通過攜程去交涉，雖然酒店十分拖拉，但事情解決了，感謝攜程。
這個巴哈馬亞特蘭蒂斯酒店除非有特殊情況，不然性價比和服務都很差，不值得去。

First time to Bahamas and it was amazing. Perfect time to visit for young children. Reef Residence were well appointed and maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful. Beach access, pools, aquariums, movie theatre, and so much more to do with little ones. Also, highly recommend grocery delivery. We used FoodStore2go. Overall, we had a blast.

You won’t regret booking it! Atlantis is above and beyond amazing! So much to do, you’re definitely better off getting a room than buying day passes for a whole family, so worth it!
