酒店位置非常好，周邊自然環境優美，酒店內部環境也還不錯，就是健身房不太方便，外包的不在酒店內，要跑出去有點麻煩

My room smelled awful of mildew!
Front desk communication was awful. They could have given us better information about the use of Atlantis!
This was my 3rd…but last time at this Comfort Suites.

Very limited menu for dinner... very small portions for children. Rooms are very old and have a musty smell..none of the vending machines worked on 2nd floor .

Very noisy with kids running & banging in hallways early in morning & late at night.Housekeeping was excellent and all the ladies were sweet.
Bkfst was good but need to add oa**eal either already made or packets. ....overall been here 2 times & still enjoy it

Very good location, love the access to all of the Atlantis amenities. Complimentary services were great. Would like some more cleanliness with the overall smell of the rooms and the ac can be a bit disturbing sounds like it’s raining all night.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. It was walking distance to a lot of activities and the ferry to downtown nassau. The room needs some upkeep, we were walking broken tiles, the fan in the bathroom was not working and some variety is needed in the breakfast.

We really liked having day passes to Atlantis included, as well as a hot breakfast. The hotel is outdated and could use some remodeling, but it was fine overall. All staff was very friendly and helpful, except for a few
