The owners/property managers are extremely flexible and good at communication. Even when problems did arise, they readily communicated to find a solution and showed up to fix it if nothing else could be done. Location is prime, 2 minute walk from the beach and many cafes. The only note I would add is that the apar**ent is reached by a staircase which makes it a bit of a hassle to reach with luggages.
