Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst . Ruime kamer mooi terras , heel goede bedden , opbergruimte , frigo water en frisdranken , koffie en thee . Ruime keuze aan het buffet ontbijt , lunch en diner . Zeer lekker Japans en burger restaurant .met Georges als Maître. Bediening aan de ligzetels door 3 toffe meiden . Zeer behulpzaam personeel en toffe operational manager Dionisis . Beste hotel kwa ligging aan de promenade die tot aan de haven gaan winkeltjes 3,5 km. Taxi naar old toen 12€ , bus vanuit de haven 1,5€ . Minpunten , we zijn adults only gewoon en bij het lunchen kan men aan de lijn van het zwembad eten en als er nog kinderen met de bal spelen is dit niet aangenaam . Men zou dit klein gedeelde van het zwembad enkel mogen gebruiken om te zwemmen tijdens de lunch . De wijnen zijn van zeer matige kwaliteit in het main restaurant jammer , fles merlot van de kaart 14€ mooie prijs , maar bij de a la carte een goede merlot inbegrepen . 2 zwembaden waarvan 1 voor tierende kinderen en muziek en speeltjes en 1 voor adults only zonder muziek . This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very efficient, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food is lovely I’m quite a fussy eater but always found something, the best food I have ever eaten in a holiday hote. The areas outside are very clean and well kept and my husband loved it when the bar staff kept doing rounds of the sunbeds to make sure everybody was kept supplied with drinks. We loved the heated indoor pool lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Pool outside was freezing if that was heated they would get a lot more people staying outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. It was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday we came in from pool and room was decorated on both occasions we got a bottle of bubbly and some fruit. If I had anything to criticise it would be the evening entertainment it was not very good. We were in room 128 great view of the pool and the sea facing the quiet pool lovely and big balcony. Fantastic stay loved it

We were here this year for the first time , but for sure won’t be the last ! We were welcomed by Alex , the Bar Manager who made sure that we had a cold drink after a long flight and always talking to us with a smile on his face ! The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant ! General manager of the hotel was there every day talking to us and all other guests . Alex and his bar team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely amazing generally from all the reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff ! Cocktail management was brilliant with lots of cocktail choices , shots , champagne and more ! All managers were there talking to all the guests ! We loved it and absolutely recomand it ! We will be back for sure !!

Our family of 14 have recently returned from this superb hotel. The location, setting, value for money, staff attention, and rooms were all top-notch, which made our holiday truly wonderful. There are too many superlatives to describe the hotel that also made time to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthday. BRILLIANT

We have just returned from our second stay at the Louis imperial. Your greeted back like old friends, with a cocktail or soft drink served while you fill in your details for check in. The lobby is spacious and perfectly clean. We got to our room, overlooking the quiet pool and with a sea view. Again perfectly clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is good with a great shower. Breakfast,lunch and dinner was brilliant every time. Loads of choice whether you’re a meat eater or vegetarian. The roast beef and lamb is especially good. The kitchen staff should be proud. The waiting staff are mostly really hard working but you have the occasional staff member who lets the side down a little, but don’t let that put you off. The housekeeping team are equally impressive. Our room was always cleaned well. The entertainment team are very good. They put on loads of games and quizzes and work really hard. We can’t really fault the hotel on anything. I think there are one or two areas that are heading towards needing a refurb but these are all quite minor. Special thanks to polina,elvis,Raymond,svetlana.Alize and Mary and to vicky for making our stay so memorable. Thanks so much. Alan and Tracey

As usual did not disappoint. Everywhere spotless and well maintained. Even turned the air con early because it was so hot. All the staff were so friendly and helpful but would single out Mahmoud in restaurant. Constant supply of soft drinks and mineral water in mini bar. Lovely room with sea view. But why spoil it with cheap toilet paper which almost disintegrates when you touch it. Good choice of food in the buffet restaurant and excellent quality. Nice to be on an all inclusive package so as many drinks as you wanted. (Note no one took advantage of this. Fiki restaurant was amazing . The one let down is the ball room which has been sadly neglected . Little atmosphere and stage lighting is useless,

After getting engaged in Cyprus a few years back there was only one place we were going to get married and we decided to do it at the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel. What a fantastic hotel, the location, the staff, the food, it was faultless. From the moment we arrived, Emil and Llina from the wedding team put us at ease and made the whole experience a breeze. From talking us through each element to helping with organising the wedding venues, to table and food options, photography and guessed passes, they made it fun and enjoyable. The food at the Louis Imperial Beach is wonderful, one of the best all-inclusive hotels I’ve eaten at with a fantastic choice of food no matter what time of day. Our 5-course wedding dinner was out of this world, 5 star and the staff so attentive, they spoilt us. Our wedding day was amazing, everything went like clock-work and we were treated like royalty. They truly make it a magical experience. The staff at the Louis Imperial Beach make it a very special place to get married and thank you Chris for your wonderful candlelight dinner. If you are thinking of getting married in Paphos then the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel should be the one. Thank you, Christakis and your team, for making our wedding so special. We can't wait to come back!

2nd visit to this fab hotel. What can I say?Great hotel, great food ,great staff. You are warmly welcomed into this hotel with a nice cold beer, cava, or a soft drink, so you can relax and check in at your leisure. You are greeted personally by the manager of the hotel and all his customer relations/front of house staff,Richard, Alex and im so sorry cannot remember the ladies name. You cannot fault their friendliness which is totally genuine. We met returning guests that were there as we were last year,so this proves the hotel are doing everything right.... The location is fab right on the seafront with a small beach. No sunbed wars around the pool{although people do like particular spots} Harbour about twenty minutes/ half an hours stroll depending how you walk. Entertainment is there if you want it during the day games etc but no pressure to join in. To be fair we were just there for a relaxing week in the glorious sunshine' Evening entertainment if you want it is in the .Empire Balroom. I could go on .Would we return?Absoloutely hoping next year maybe for longer than a week' We have no complaints about anything but if iam being picky which I am not really but a nice tablecloth on the table at evening meal would just finish the experience, But whats a tablecloth between friends....haha. We really hope you and your staff continue with your good work everyone down to the housekeeping keep doing what you are doing and you cannot go wrong. We hope to see you all again in the future until then enjoy your easter xx

We had booked a family room at the hotel, did find the room smaller than we would have liked, condition and cleanliness was good. Hotel and Staff were excellent and could not fault anything other than the room. Food quality and selection was top class and catered for all tastes. Staff throughout dining room, bars, poolside and reception were all exceptionally efficient and nothing seemed too much trouble to any of them. It is probably the first hotel I have stayed at and experience this type of service. They are a credit to the establishment.
