Goede kamers met complimenterend fruit en water/zoet toevoegen na het schoonmaken. Elke avond een grappige muziekshow. De all-inclusive modus is redelijk genoeg, permanent eten en drinken is dichtbij beschikbaar. De zee is dichtbij.
Ik miste alleen een sauna..)

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble.
Food was particularly impressive for all-inclusive - lots of choice and fresh food on offer at every meal and never a wait for service in the restaurants or bars.

The Olympic Lagoon was amazing from beginning to end. It was like being on a cruise ship with whatever you needed at your fingertips. The food was wonderful, different menus each day, and the service extremely friendly and helpful.

What a super hotel, everyone and everything was perfect, we got a free upgrade to the adult only part of the hotel, which was just perfect for what we needed, ( do nothing ! ). Hats off to everyone, keep up the good work, if I had to say something could be better, I would say the chill out part of the Spa could be improved and maybe a bit more private, but I’m nit picking here

There are a lot of great things about this hotel - friendly staff, great food, nice pools.
The problem is that there was no climate control and the hotel room was too hot for sleeping. Room was ＞25 degrees at night and there was no way to cool it down, as the HVAC has been set to "heat only" for the off-season. The outside temperatures this time of year are typically 19-20 degrees, but a concrete building retains a lot of heat and is far warmer than the outside temperature, especially when the HVAC is set to heat only. Tried leaving the patio door open to cool down the room, but was kept awake by noise, room was light at 6 AM, and was bitten by mosquitoes.
The primary function of a hotel room is to provide a comfortable and restful sleep; the hotel was a failure at this. I'd left exhausted after not getting a decent night sleep during the stay. I brought this to the attention of the front desk twice, and they basically said too bad, it's heat only.
Very frustrating as this would have been a 5 star review if it was possible to set the temperature to get a decent night sleep.

Fantastic stay.
Staff amazing - special shout out to Lisa and Julie at kids club and Jack, Bex and Sophie from the entertainment - really made the holiday for the kids (and us)

The hotel is pleasant and a good option for traveling with kids. Plenty of activities and entertainment options. The food is tasty and varied. Do not plan on booking connecting rooms, as according to the receptionist, they do not have many of these.
