We chose this location due to its proximity to Bryce and Zion National Parks. The rooms have been renovated and were nice with a comfy bed
, but the bathroom in our room seemed to be excluded from the renovation and was a bit outdated. There was an old window style AC/heater that had a missing power button so we couldn’t turn it off. Breakfast was lackluster and there wasn’t enough seating to accommodate just a few guests. Price was right for what we needed which was a place to rest and clean up after hiking through National Parks. It was a decent value as long as you manage your expectations.

It was listed that there was continental breakfast, but they informed us upon arrival that this was not true. However, they did their best to offer us what they could to amend the situation, and they were very nice and helpful.

The facilities are very old. Cleaning condition was not bad. The water pressure in the toilet is low, so the water doesn't flow well. The parking lot is very large. There's not much to eat for breakfast.

Room could use an upgrade. Need mirror above the desk and some pictures on the wall. Could use more receptacles. There was a large gap under the door.

Terrible cable tv terrible Wi-Fi bathroom looked dirty and very out dated the whole town shut down on Sunday no where to go to eat unless you drive 40 miles will not stay there again customer service could of been nicer

Great hotel over all. Good people. Happy to see an actual person in the lobby. :-) The rooms are older and need a little repair. The beds were comfortable. Floors a little dirty, but might just be from the gravel parking lot.
Our car broke down just north of town so we had to come back and stay for a few days. The people here helped me find a shop to take the car to and allowed us to extend our stay as needed until the car was fixed.

Staff at check in was awesome so efficient and handled a large line of people very well. Recommended a restaurant which was great as well

The room was fine but they were obviously trying to save money by watering down the coffee to the point where it looked like weak tea. Undrinkable. Also no plates at the breakfast area, only bowls our entire stay.

The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of variety and the scrambled eggs we're very good. Room was run down and in need of remodel. It wasn't that clean. There was dust on the surfaces and stains in the bathtub.
