We had an amazing time at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service and extremely accommodating staff. We would like to give a well-deserved shout-out to Ann from the dining area, Jane and Charlie from the reception area, and the security head along with the assigned personnel in the Kayak area, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. We will be returning to this resort as our kids loved the facilities and the staff's generosity."

All staff were friendly and services such as shuttle, kayak and snorkeling were excellent. The scenery is also very good too. The food, however, was a little salty.

There were termites in our bed. I complained and requested for a room transfer but they didn't seem to care.

everything was excellent. the people were so good and polite. the service is one of the best ever. the porters, the desk, room service, clinic staff, lifeguards, the restaurant staff all were above standard. a special mention to Jane from the front desk, she gave us superb service . this is not our first time at the hotel and yes... we will be back... keep it up

Terrible service. I waited for more than an hour for lunch in the restaurant and the dishes were not served. There were hairs and stains on the sheets. Even after asking to change the sheets, it still remained the same. There was a shortage of tissues and I asked for them to be delivered to my door. I had to wait for more than half an hour. It rained heavily in the morning and there was no umbrella in the room. I went to the front desk to get an umbrella and was told that the hotel had no umbrellas! The sound insulation is very poor, and the sound from the socket next door is very clear. The hotel has no guidance at all. They only told them where the restaurant is when they checked in. The rest is up to the guests to explore on their own.
