The room I was assigned was outdated, very thin sheets, one light, old noisy air conditioner. The staff are pleasant enough and doing their best. Unfortunately it was a last minute non-refundable option.

This is not for everyone, this is as basic a hotel room you can get, BUT it is very clean, staff is great. The restaurant and bar are pretty nice.
But, this is a clean, functional hotel room with no amenities many of us are used to.
If you are only going to shower and sleep in in the room, this is perfect. Great location in Cuidad de Panamá. Safe area, but no frills.

I do not recommend this hotel, the location is so-so but the rooms are not really good. There are a lot of pro's... around so it's not a good place for kids or families, they're not cheap and the beds and bathroom are dirty and smelly :(

The hotel is in a really good location. I had probably the worst room available, it was without air and somewhat damp.
Good hot shower, much needed in the tropics. Security good.
Overall an okay budget hotel. You pay for what you get.

I was very disappointed in the property upon arrival but since it was 4 o’clock in the morning we were all so tired we stayed and they had already charged me for the first night. I think the most noticeable thing is that I did not feel the place was clean enough and does not meet COVID cleanliness. Stain on the doors which a magic eraser would have taken care of. I just felt creeped out by the whole experience during my stay. No special staff in my opinion and I definitely will not stay there again. Toilet plugged, pool was not cleaned when we checked to go in the day after arriving. I saw the current rating of the hotel a 3, but I would downsize that to a 1 personally.

Convenient location but noisy plentiful traffic. Hotel pool on rooftop attracts lots of noisy guest partying late into the night especially on the weekends-- so ask for a lower floor than 7!!! Restaurant/bar is convenient.

the hotel is terribly ugly, it is not what appears in the photos when you book. very friendly staff yes 👍 but the hotel is very dirty and extremely poor
