De locatie is goed want het is centraal gelegen. Het is een stijlvol hotel met een trendy design, en het is een beetje onhandig voor het personeel op zakenreis.

The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

很一般，設施老舊，衞生也不行，整體的氣氛沒有w酒店的靈魂，這個水平在國內也就跟高級一點的連鎖快捷酒店差不多

Everything about the hotel was fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well designed and comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and an easy taxi ride from the airport, the cruise terminal and Old Town.

The hotel room was dirty in general, specially the bathroom was terrible, needed maintenance a deep clean, the AC was not working.
The staff understood the situation and moved me to other room, the bathroom was also in dirty.
The elevator and halls had a strong smell like a scent but was so strong that I disliked it, the elevator was dirty also
In the breakfast restaurant the table looked dirty too.
In general poor maintenance and dirty.

Hotel seemed like a frat party. Even though, it’s a W, it is a hotel and rooms parties were the norm.
