There was black mold in the ice. The room was dirty.

This hotel was dirty and had a bad smell to the place. The shower and toilet was not working properly. The hallway and room carpet was nasty and not cleaned. I was told that the pool was not to be used. The WiFi also had problems. One of the worst places I ever stayed. The pictures are nothing like this place looks. No cancel policy, if you book you have no way of getting your money back.

There’s no elevator, you will have to climb stairs. Tub backed up while trying to shower. Blood on the comforter on the bed. Two of the lamps were broken and not working. I will not recommend anyone that I know to stay there. Hotel across the street is better

False advertising. No fitness center or pool. The breakfast was stale bagels , no jelly or cream cheese. The owner/ manager Bob was extremely rude! The room was nasty and smelly. The back door doesn’t lock and there are scary people hanging out in the stairwell.
I highly DONT recommend!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful but the place was dirty inside and outside I understand that they are remodeling but certain things cannot be helped but picking up the trash and vacuuming could help

I was exposed to covid and had to cancel and the INDIAN guy was so rude to me. There is no need for rudeness
