First with the positive - Really great View. Now, over to the problem - We booked this room after seeing the amenities online. It was clearly listed with a refrigerator, bathroom etc. But when we booked directly with Joshua and reached our room - there was no fridge in the room. When we contacted Joshua his reply was - " u never asked me if there was a fridge in the room" So basically before booking a room, we should have asked him if there was a towel, bathroom etc in the room.🤣 Horrible behaviour from their sales team member - Joshua. He would not even listen to us and came back with unbelievable responses as stated above. Later when we stepped out of our room - we spotted atleast 3 minibar fridges kept in the hall area. The staff informed us that the entire hotel has no fridges. This was a blatant lie because we stayed here in Nov 2022 with our friends and their room had a fridge. Moving on, there are no toiletries in the bathroom, one plastic bottle filled with water and no amenity of food. The room tariff surely doesn't justify the room and inclusions. Stayed here the second time, surely not a third time. A request to the owners of the hotel from someone who has worked in the hotel industry for quiet sometime - You have a lovely property. A little more hands on approach by the staff and a touch up on the inclusions will do wonders.
